hotel is in very nice location hotel is very nice and clean and they done renovation work and fire place look very beautiful. all staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was big and spacious.

Hotel is in very good location and mall is walking distance across from hotel and so many restaurants options nearby. Very friendly staff and helpful service. Breakfast was very good and pancake machine was awesome and pancakes were so yummy.

very nice and clean hotel. very friendly and welcoming staff. rooms are very with comfy beds and pillows. TV has Netflix and amazon so good option for all. pool was very nice and warm water. they some Halloween decoration and candy also. breakfast was very good with many verities.

I am a Platinum member who has stayed at this property many times, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. The level of service and overall quality have noticeably declined compared to previous stays. Upon arrival, I was not recognized or welcomed as a Platinum member, nor was I offered any kind of upgrade or appreciation for my loyalty. The most concerning part of my stay occurred on the second night, when my son and I had to change rooms due to a significant ant problem. This was not just a few ants—it was a serious issue that made the room uncomfortable and unhygienic. It’s disheartening to see how much the standards have dropped, especially for a property I’ve enjoyed and recommended in the past. I truly hope management addresses these issues and restores the level of service and care that loyal guests have come to expect.

The room I had was nice, spacious, clean comfortable and quiet. I was able to see the fireworks from my room. Staff was friendly. They serve breakfast. Have a pool. Located across from the mall (Gurnee Mills). There are lots of restaurants in that area. It was my third stay there.

Pleasant Staff was very nice. Was able to check in before noon for a fee of $30, which I think is very reasonable. The pool is VERY small. And there aren’t any stairs, which I wasn’t a fan of. Continental breakfast was ok, the very basics, but it got the job done. My only major complaint is the shower. Water just goes everywhere, my daughter slipped after her shower because it literally pools all over the floor. We tried everything to mitigate the issue but we just had to ask for towels to put down to soak it all up. We were only there for one night so I dealt with it. Overall we had a pleasant stay. The location is great.
