Bu fiyat seviyesine göre odalar eski kalmış. Özellikle duş başlıkları kireçlenmiş, sular delikler yerine kenarlardan çıkıyordu. Genel temizlik seviyesi de orta seviyedeydi.

Otel ortak alanlarında klima çalışmıyor. Konaklamamdan 3 gün önce mail ile yoğunluk sebebiyle rezervasyon tarihi değiştirmeye zorlandım, kabul etmedim. Şu anda oteldeyim, dedikleriyle alakası yok in cin top oynuyor. Verdikleri odanın balkonu fare ya da yarasa dışkılarıyla doluydu, zor bela oda değiştirdik. Haziran ayı son haftasında rezervasyon yapmıştım. Rezervasyonumu wyndham üyelik puanlarımız ile yapmıştım, puan ile konaklamalarda akşam yemeğini kaldırmışlar. Halbuki ben rezervasyon oluşturduğum tarihte bu otelden yeni dönmüş bir tanıdığım akşam yemeği ile konaklamıştı. Bu geri bildirimlere binaen ben de burayı tercih etmiştim. Bir daha gelir miyim, herhangi bir kişiye tavsiye eder miyim? Asla...

Bonjour on été on vacance 28/07/ aux 01/08 on trouvé cette hôtel sur internet prix internets et sur place pas du même prix il vous offre 4 eme jours mes vous êtes commem plus chère il fau jamais prendre les 4eme jours le chambre reste moyenne petit déjeuné moyen le personnel réception pas du tout souriante ni bonjour ni au revoir ce rien a voir avec les Hotel 4 étoile côté kusadasi ou Izmir ou antalya ce reste 3 étoile pour nous merci

4 günlük konaklama fırsatım oldu. Bu ilk kez değil bu arada. Kılın Termal için gelmiştik ve yine çok memnun kalmıştık. Özellikle ilgi alaka, yemekler , personel hizmeti, odalardaki hergün nevresim ve havlu değişikliği ve spa fevkalade. Huzur içinde bir tatil geçirmemize yardımcı olduğunuz için teşekkürler Ramada ailesi.

Bugün saat 20:15 iyi bari ile otele giriş yaptım. Girişte güvenlik görevlisi Mahsum bey, Özlem hanıma, Resepsiyonda ki Naime hanım ve ömer beye çok teşekkür ederim. Son derece güler yüzlü karşıladılar oteli güzel anlattılar Bir iş yerim olsaydı böyle personeller ile çalışmak isterdim.

Otel tesis olarak ***et güzel yeride ormanın içinde olduğundan dolayı çok güzel Ancak otelin kahvaltı ve yemeği otele hiç yakışmayacak kadar vasat! Sanki kamp yerine gelmişizde ustanın elinden anca bunlar gelmiş gibiydi Kahvaltı da aynı şekilde Bence otelde sadece konaklama yapın kahvaltı ve yemek almayın Birde kat görevlilerini uyarmak lazım Odada uyuyan mı var umurlarında değilmişcesine kendi aralarında bağırarak konuşuyorlar
