Cleanliness could have been improved bathroom were slightly dirty and dust on surfaces.
Staff were very polite and friendly however quite forgetful on what we ordered with food.
Overall good stay could be improved with more attentiveness from staff.

Dear ITC Welcome Hotel Guntur Team, I would like to bring to your attention that the coffee machine in the room is not in working condition. This was the same issue during my last visit as well, and it’s disappointing that it still persists. As a coffee lover, not being able to enjoy espresso or Americano coffee during my stay is quite inconvenient. I would appreciate it if you could arrange to have the machine replaced at the earliest. Pathetic experience at this hotel. I was on a business trip and walked in for checking. They said cant do on the counter checkin so I went online and paid through make my trip. I am a ITC club member. Post dinner, I asked them to post the bill to my room number which they denied and forced me to settle the bill then and there. Despite having a two night booking and being a ITC member, this cheap hotel is apprehensive that guest will run away with their 2000 Rs bill. Come here only when you want to spoil your stay. And to make things worse, their front end Manager Salman is the most arrogant and uncourteous person I have met in this industry. No courtesy, no understanding and extremely insensitive. Wake up call ITC Group, this is not how you treat guests.

Stayed for one night in Room no # 1822 (through upgrade to Jr Suite). The hotel is around 60kms distance from VGA airport ie around 1 hour & 20 mins drive. The security staff at main entrance gate and hotel entrance gate welcoming with pleasant smile and Namaste. The overall hotel decor is elegant , modern and vibrant with matching displays and furniture. Jr Suite is very spacious with decor capturing local arts and crafts , with great colour combinations of curtains and furniture. WiFi connectivity uninterrupted, air conditioning perfect.The bed cushion perfect. The view from the Jr Suite 18th floor is stunning and eye catching. Well maintained and impeccably clean hotel. The restaurant has wide spread in Bf as well as dinner buffet. Lemon coriander soup was perfectly made. Dum aloo Banarasi , Carrot beans vegetable , Pappu (dal) were awesome.Must try with hot Phulkas.Must try local delicacies sambar and Rasam with rice. BF buffet had variety of options live counter for Guntur Idli,dosa,puri bhaji. Thanks to prompt service by Roshan , Sumit and Padipaditya. The staff is polite , well mannered and courteous. Considering the ambience , service and hospitality , this place is a great option to stay in Guntur. Thanks to ITC team and leadership Mr Rajesh Nath for demonstrating excellence in service and hospitality.Thanks for the kind gesture for room upgrade.

Went to welcom hotel in guntur with my family, and it give us excellent family-friendly service's, the staff (bishal) was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I'll stay when I came back.
