It is so bad that it is not refundable even if I call for a refund several hours after I booked it!

The previous reviews did not tell the winter story. The parking area is covered with icy snow. No attempt has been made to clear any areas other than the entrance area. Our first room was in a seperate building and had about 3-4 feet of icy snow in front of the building. It would have been risky unloading luggage and walking. We asked to be moved. Our second room was in the main building. Some of the icy mess had either melted or been removed. The back of our vehical was in the icy mess of the center of the parking lot, so risky unloading. When we walked in the room was clean, however the heat was on and the room was as hot as parked Texas SUV at the Mall in August. The heater had 2 temps, cool and very hot. There was a portible heater provided but we didn't use it. The bed was confortable and the furniture was in good shape. The vanity only had 1 working light buld so it was pretty dark when dressing. The shower had lots of hot water with good pressure. The price for the room was much lower than those in the surrounding area. Breakfaast was sausage, eggs and pancakes. There also was oatmeal packages, milk and orange juice. I carry my own tea so didn't check that out. I was told that the coffee was terrible. The employee taking care of the breakfast area was dressed all in black, but his pants were down around his butt complete with views of hs underware. We don't think we will stay here on our trip back home.

While the finishes were a bit dated, they did the trick for us. Very clean, quiet, and a comfortable place. Mattresses a bit firm for my taste . Breakfast on the very slim side, but had coffee and that’s what really matters! We would definitely stay again.

BBQ place in town was fabulous. It is an older facility but it was quiet and comfortable.

Horrible place to stay not clean 1, The television speakers were blown out 2, The bathroom had mold in it. 3, The refrigerator was broken, did not even turn on. 4, Overall room was not that clean there were dirty socks left behind from who ever might have stayed there last on the floor next to the bathroom. 5 The door security latch was broken 6 The chair to sit in was dirty and stained 7 The towels in the bathroom were stained and had holes in them. 8 Walking to the ice machine I found people who were permanently living there in rooms. 9 Nothing in the vending area worked. 10, ********* rating was 4.8 excellent makes me question **********
