We will definitely be returning next year to this delightful place with charming staff and excellent meals cooked by a chef who will probably make this place one of the go to venues north of Madrid. Get there fast!

El lugar que tiene una historia increíble está mal cuidado.La habitación que nos tocó muy básica.Como tienen ganado en la hacienda el el olor a estiércol y el mosquerio era insoportable.El desayuno mediocre y la comida también.Lo unico bueno fue la visita a la bodega.

Fuimos a probar el menú de gustación con toda la ilusión del mundo, y la experiencia fue desastrosa. Llegamos con un poco antelación y queríamos tomar un vinito previo a la comida y nos echaron con cajas destempladas . Que esperáramos en la calle . Volvimos después diciendo pese al recibimiento esperamos que el menú al menos sea bueno y la comida fue un desastre El servicio pésimo, no hay palabras para describirlo, tres pequeñísimos entrantes de baja calidad, un Risotto de sémola muy soso, y unas carrilleras de jabalí malas de verdad, los postres pasables, Pedimos una manzanilla y te traen el sobre cerrado y una taza de café con agua templada . Los entremeses quieren que les comamos sin plato cuando pedimos unos platos después la siguiente camarera nos quiere retirar el pan, los platos, todo un auténtico desastre , Y el precio y el precio 50 € más el vino total un auténtico desastre para no acercarse a menos de 500 km de la posada si vas a comer

Un sitio precioso para descansar, desconectar y disfrutar en pareja. La Posada es muy bonita, bien cuidada y conservada. Su personal de diez: amables, atentos, preocupados por los clientes y muy profesionales. Ha sido un placer disfrutar de esta experiencia!!

Solo se salva el desayuno y la atención de su personal, el resto, para olvidar cuanto antes. Habitaciones desangeladas con olor a humedad y baños terriblemente anticuados. De los los terrenos de la finca y de las zonas comunes, sin apenas mantenimiento, mejor no hablar.

llegamos para comer. Las mesas están muy juntas y se mezclan las conversiones. El menú degustación es curioso, pero escaso, 4 mini-platos y un mini-postre. Lo mejor el risotto de otoño y las milhojas de hojaldre. Lo peor: la panceta a baja temperatura: incomestible, la mayoría de los comensales no la consumían tras probarla. El servicio correcto, aunque algo invasivo. No es un sitio que eligiera para volver.
