We chose this hotel for our 3 nights and 4 days holiday. I decided based entirely on the score, but after reading the comments, you should decide carefully what you want to give and what you want to get. I think the price/performance/quality balance is good. The swimming pool is sufficient, there are 2 slides for children. The beach is beautiful, mixed sand/stone (we entered comfortably with sea shoes). And the food, day 1 "asia night", the food was generally very good. Day 2 was "fish night", day 3 was "international night", but we didn't see anything international at all. But I would like to thank Mr. Şener, who makes delicious pitas every evening. The "Paris Brest" we ate after our first dinner was wonderful, it was freshly made and served. The breakfast is varied and sufficient. Thanks also to the master who made delicious pastries every morning (they were finished the moment they came out of the oven). We chose a standard bunk bed room with our 2 children, the room was small, there was only the bed and the bunk bed next to it, we could not open our suitcase easily. I read about flies and insects and yes there are, the kids were a little scared when they encountered 3 spiders and 2-3 mosquitoes, but we managed. We did not find the dessert buffet in the patisserie section and lunch/dinner section sufficient and diverse. It's always the same desserts and unfortunately there is no dessert that can be eaten properly (if Paris was Brest, of course). There was live music on Wednesday and Friday and it was fun. The hotel staff consists of young people, they are generally caring and friendly. Ms. Helin, who came to us at the beach and asked if we needed anything, accompanied us to the pool, thank you (a bit confusing on the first day). So overall we were satisfied.

I planned a holiday through trip.com for the first time and you can make transactions with confidence. As for the hotel, it is really nice, the food is very delicious, the employees are very attentive, the rooms are spotlessly clean, you can have a safe and fun holiday inside, there is public transportation, taxi, minibuses constantly pass in front of the hotel, the activities are very entertaining, thank you for everything. If I come to Bodrum, this will definitely be my choice.

This was our fifth trip to Turkey. The hotel is situated in a stunning location with breathtaking views. The personnel were kind and supportive. The check-in procedure requires enhancement, particularly given that this hotel is classified as 5-star. Recently visited in June, 2 adults and 1 child. The hotel is vast, featuring numerous stairs and slopes. Similar to a village. Throughout the day (and following a night out), we usually dined at the 7/24 restaurant, where the food and service were consistently outstanding, regardless of the time we visited. The Turkish eatery served large servings. Cats are everywhere, on the tables while you dine, on the chairs when you grab a drink. The entertainment was enjoyable, but it was difficult to find seating due to the large crowd. The primary pool located between the Windmill and the pool bar is where everything occurs. We never encountered an issue locating a sunbed, even if we arrived post-noon. Overall, this was a pleasant stay; the amenities are normal, and every staff member is excellent.

- [ ] Staff are friendly and work hard. It’s true if you tip you get a bit more attentive service but without tipping you wouldn’t complain. One young lady in the food court bar generally seemed uninterested but everyone else was lovely. - [ ] Drinks were nice, my lad had quite a few cocktails and he thought they were ok. White wine is warm so ask for ice. Coffee isn’t as strong as I like it but that’s just personal taste. - [ ] Food places offered variety, we liked the main buffet and 27/4. Turkish Al a carte was nice, not so the Italian. Our appetisers were made for 2 but there were 4 of us! You get offered a wine list at the Al a cartes then served water. We thought we had to buy wine, which we did. Just so you know, you can have AI wine etc just isn’t made obvious. Still was a nice treat to have a bottle of pink :) - [ ] We had a duplex room and it completely met our needs. It was cleaned every weekday, fresh towels and mini bar restocked daily. House keeping is defo best Monday to Friday for us, our house keeper was fantastic! Our room was a 5 min walk to the pool so was quite conveniently situated. - [ ] Pool area is clean and pool is sparklingly clear. It’s chilly I. There mins but it’s a welcome relief when hot! Always a bed to be had no matter what time of day, just depends if you want a particular spot. - [ ] Beach is fab, fish swim right up to you and you can feed them! Gozleme pancakes were lovely, be sure to try one whilst you are there. The boat trip offered on the beach is not as advertised, their leaflets are out of date. No cliff diving and no snorkelling… better off snorkelling on the beach! - [ ] Entertainment is as you would expect in the day, so was ok. Evening entertainment was quite repetitive, seemed to us just themed differently but usually a DJ. That said a few nights they had live music which was nice, just all on a bit late so you are sitting around a bit if you want to get a table. - [ ] Firat was the star of the show for us, made us feel so welcome and very attentive We do want to return and hope to bring more family with us… it would be a shame to miss out. No where is perfect but for me it was as close to perfect as could be for what I paid :)

A great hotel in a lovely location. Staff were fantastic, everyone smiling and helpful. Clean rooms and beach area. Food in buffet was very good at breakfast but not many vege options for lunch and dinner. Italian a la carte was great and the 7/24 restaurant. We don’t usually go back to areas and hotels but we would really consider returning here.

The room we stayed in had a broken mini fridge and clearly had not replaced the filter in the air conditioner for years because it smelt horrible whenever you entered the room - can not have been good for my health breathing that air in all night.
