停車停方便，酒店外面就是露天停車場，好像也有地下停車場。早餐挺豐富，麪條也好吃。房間裏還送了牛奶和水果

非常好的一家酒店，出了古藺收費站，幾分鐘就到了，停車方便，車位足，服務人員都很熱情專業，辦理入住很快，酒店有餐飲，音樂會所，足療等，客房都在六層以上，很安靜，床品也不錯，早餐豐富

來辦入住的時候前台很忙，安保帥哥安排我在休閑區沙發坐着休息一會兒，給倒了水，很貼心，辦理入住也很快，一個人住房間也還是夠了，早餐很豐富，麪條好吃，推薦

酒店的前台工作人員比較熱情。酒店的位置和環境也挺不錯，在十字樓口，早餐還算豐富，種類挺多，晚上算安靜。衞生沒辦法給5分，我覺得全世界的酒店都不能給5分，我給的衞生5分是醫院無菌手術室。

半夜3點多，房間的燈突然全都亮了，嚇一跳，準備關了燈繼續睡，但是有個廊燈不管是按開關，還是語音，都關不了，沒辦法，衹能亮着燈睡，過了二十多分鐘，又突然熄了。後半夜幾乎沒睡着。父母住在隔壁房間，早上碰面才知道，他們的房間也是這樣，燈突然就亮了，電視還自己開了，然後這個電視就跟我房間裏的那個廊燈一樣，根本關不了，不管是遙控器還是語音都關不了，最後還是按了電視機下方的電源鍵才關了。早上問前台，前台説是昨晚斷電了，重啟了系統，重啟系統跟無法關閉燈和電視又啥關係，其他燈都可以關，唯獨那一個廊燈關不了，用的不是一個控制系統？而且前台那兩個女的，全程拉着個臉，活像欠她錢一樣，服務態度極差；早上8點左右，我們都下去吃早飯了，還在前台那裡梳頭髮，真是離譜，從來沒見過這樣的酒店設施跟這樣的前台服務。總之，如果想睡個好覺，不想看前台臉色，建議別選這個酒店。

衞生及居住環境都還可以，就是對於訂房問題不大能接受，攜程下單訂完也付了款，到了前台辦理入住還需要讓我在交500。我想表達的是攜程既然付完了，酒店就不應該在便着法的在次收費。

服務差，環境也差個擔當不起4星酒店的頭銜。特別是服務，房間裡頭還有上一個客人留下來用過的衞生紙，飲用水一個房間最多不超過4瓶。
