They charged me a 50 dollar deposit that is not stated anywhere online only in person at the front desk

If I could give less than one star I would. The rooms were gross, we reserved 3 king rooms, and one even had loose hairs still in the bedding. They didn’t even offer to change our room for us. There was a light in one room that had exposed wires, and another room with rusted bolts and a commode that still had poop in it. One room also still had a melted tub of ice cream in the freezer. Worst stay I’ve ever had! All of this and on top of the fact that I have been stolen from. My toddlers tablet (given to her from her late great grandmother) was left behind on the counter top. I called to retrieve it and they told me that it’s not there. I was passing through and know exactly where it was left. With all the pictures on it and learning apps on their that were paid for, I may just be looking into legal actions. There’s so much more I didn’t add to this.. just don’t even bother stopping!

Desk clerk was friendly and courteous. However, this was the mist disgusting room in a hotel I have ever encountered. Every aspect of the room was horrible! Bed linens were filthy, 2 towels in the room and both were dirty. Bathroom was unclean, and looked as if there was blood on the walls. The floor was dirty and there were stains that looked as if an animal had pooped on the floor. The microwave was dirty and the door had a chain but no place to latch the door. This room was almost as if someone had been staying in that room and had left the room. The hotel also charges a $50.00 fee upon check in. The clerk ( who was friendly) even asked if I wanted to switch rooms!!! I told her NO that my son and I were not staying in any room at this hotel. She refunded the $50.00 deposit. I will contact ******* since that was whom I booked initially. Rooms look absolutely nothing like the pictures on the internet! Do not even think about staying here!

Dirty room. It had cigarette butts in the bathroom floor of the non-smoking room.
