Across from Guiyang North Railway station.The hotel signage can be seen from the entrance of the railway station. 10- minute walk from the train station. - The hotel is strategically located near the train station, restaurants, shops and transportation. - Clean and fresh bedding, towels, carpets - Clean, fresh, spacious room, toilet and bath with smart amenities - Lavender-based toiletries, good- smelling not overpowering - Room with a view, overlooking the restaurants below and the train station in a distance - hearty and delicious breakfast. Steaming freshly cooked- noodles with different toppings, fried rice, steamed rice, rice porridge, various dishes, fruit juices, hot beverages, fruits, desserts, on-the-go breakfast snacks, etc. The manager personally managed the breakfast spread, making sure the food and drinks were replenished and invited guests to try the breakfast noodle. - English speaking manager - warm and accommodating staff, on duty no24/7 My train was delayed due to weather conditions. Instead of arriving at 22:11, I arrived at Guiyang North Railway station at almost 23:00, the manager promptly replied to my messages to see to it that I correctly followed the directions to the hotel since I don't speak Chinese and it was already late at night. He assured me that the staff was expecting me and the room had been prepared and reserved for me. They upgraded me to a bigger room + complimentary breakfast! ❤️ - The staff and the manager helped me book a taxi to the airport. It was raining when I left for the airport and they provided a service umbrella and instructed the driver to drop me at T2 on my behalf since I am a foreigner and I don't speak Chinese! There are accommodations in Guiyang, Anshun and Duyun, but this one in Guiyang is the most comfortable! The location of the hotel is very convenient. The front desk upgraded our room type. The room is very large, the toilet and bathroom are separated, and there are free drinks and snacks. The air conditioning is quiet and comfortable, and I slept well at night! The breakfast is good overall, and the freshly made rice noodles are better than those in Anshun Hotel. Overall, I am very satisfied and will choose here next time I come to Guiyang!

Amazing This hotel is a real gem,  a modern efficient and comfortable hotel right near the speed train station. The location is excellent. We stayed three nights. U Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.  The room was of excellent quality,  and very clean,  beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room. Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.  Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and  Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist. Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great  After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines. My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

The 1.35-meter bed is a bit small, there is no parent-child room, and it is not easy for three people to live. Hygiene: No odor, clean and tidy, cleaned every day. Environment: The room is spacious and comfortable, and you can overlook the night view at night. There are many food streets around to meet the taste needs of tourists. It is not far from Guiyang North Station. The hotel is located on the 12th floor of the building. There is no big sign outside, so it is not easy to find, and the surrounding traffic is a bit chaotic. Service: The front desk and cleaning attitude are very good. They received us very warmly and introduced us to the surrounding food and attractions. There are also self-service drinks and mineral water at the front desk.

I would say this particular Holiday Inn Express services had exceeded beyond my expectation. Whatever request you may have, the staff will go beyond their incredible ability to ensure your needs and requests are taken care of. Over and over again and Consistently. This hotel should be regarded as one of the best places to stay in Vienna.
