The room was very clean, and being part of the Home Inn chain, it's quite reliable. The location is excellent, really close to Guiyang Railway Station and also near the subway. The ladies at the front desk were super nice; they lent me a charging plug and even gave me a Guiyang travel guide. They also mentioned that if I needed clothes dried, the aunties could help take them to my room. The aunties were great too, really, really good, highly recommended!

My stay was absolutely perfect! The front desk staff were so kind and patient, and the check-in process was seamless. The room was spotless with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I loved that the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was consistent with good pressure. The hotel environment was quiet and peaceful, with excellent natural light and ventilation. All the facilities were comprehensive, and the cleanliness was impeccable – even the corners were sparkling clean. The afternoon tea was lovely, and the hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip, highly recommend it!

The lighting is well-designed, with selectable zone switches and an elevator. I found it more comfortable than a typical hotel. There's laundry facilities, including two floor-standing clothes drying rails and hangers. When I checked out, the host switched the washing machine to wash mode, effectively performing a self-wash cycle. Having praised so many positives, I'd like to mention a few minor flaws. The room is quite large, but due to the layout and wall construction, some areas are underutilized, resulting in wasted space and a lack of space. The uneven floor also creates a sense of diminished space. Overall, it's quite good. Since I usually took taxis, getting around wasn't a big issue. There's also a bus terminal nearby. The price, perhaps due to the peak season, isn't exactly cheap, but it's still more comfortable than similarly priced hotels during the same season.

The location is super convenient, really close to Qingyun Market, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The guy at the front desk was quick with check-in, very friendly and thoughtful, and even gave us a free room upgrade. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good too. Definitely great value for money, I'll stay here again next time!

The hotel is located in the community, the space is spacious, the room is carefully remodeled and designed for commercial housing, the location is not far from the airport and the high-speed rail station, basically about 20 minutes drive, it can be said to be convenient transportation.

The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station. However, when I first arrived, it was hard for me to find the hotel as it is in the mall, and I had to take the lift up to the hotel. The staff assisted during the process of looking for the hotel, and offered to switch from non-window room to window room, which I appreciated. While the room was mostly clean, there were actually a few strain of hairs on the bed, and black ink on the bedsheet, which I thought it couldn’t be cleaned off. The room is also spacious and there is a table that I could use to have my meal. Something that I have to say is that the smoke smell there was quite strong and I could even smell smoke when I was sleeping. I do acknowledge that I booked a room where smoking is permitted, but I didn’t expect that the smoke smell from other room will flow into my room. Occasionally, I will also hear loud KTV sound at night, but I think that’s not a major issue compared to the smoke smell. Overall, I think it is still good, apart from the strong smoke smell which I really dislike.

I think this place deserve 4++ stars at least. if you're looking for a low price homestay with a decent room and location, this place is for you. The one who owns the homestay is a super nice person, he was trying his best to fulfill our needs. This place is near to Shachong lu station exit A , which is just one station away from guiyang railway station , super easy access to foods and tourist attractions. For this price, I don't have anything to complain really, worth the price ! There's a small bbq cafe opened by the boss one the 5th floor, the environment is quite nice, especially the lemon drinks made by the boss, super refreshing !

The hygiene of the single room is really not very good, the quilt sheets feel not cleaned, but the price is there, so let's just sleep.
