Hilton's quality is trustworthy. Clean rooms and perfect service. A must-go for every trip. This time I brought my baby with me. The lady at the front desk was very considerate and prepared toys and children's toiletries for the baby. The only problem was that the air conditioner heated up too slowly. We met an exceptional lady, 郎月白at the reception who went the extra mile to help us buy tickets for the performance. She helped us to buy the tickets and even offered to bring us to the venue on her off day. We spent a lovely afternoon with her and got to know more about Guizhou and her during our interaction. The Atour Hotel guiyang was perfect for our one night stay. It's very close (walking distance) to GuiyangBei station and the room is incredible. Soft beds and very comfortable - exceeding our expectations! The staff were very helpful, they provided directions to help us get SIM cards, food, various sightseeing. A recommended hotel for anyone stopping in guiyang for a night or two as they train around China.

We were given an upgrade and complimentary breakfast. All the staff including the manager were courteous and extremely helpful, going out of their way to give us directions and transportation information to places we wanted to visit. The metro station is about 200metres away and there’s a basement food court about 50metres away. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in the city center, with Metro Line 2 at the doorstep and close to Huijinxinglicheng, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. There is a small supermarket in the hotel lobby, the environment is clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, and induction cooker, which meet the standards of an apartment hotel, and the bathroom has no odor. The hotel staff is enthusiastic and has a good attitude. It is a good choice for business trips and travel.

The hotel is in city center. There are lots of restaurants and shops close by. We booked a family room and enjoyed the two bedroom two bathroom. Love it.

It was very satisfying for the children to swim in it. Thirdly, the sound insulation of the windows in the room was quite good, so I could have a peaceful sleep. Fourthly, the service attitude of the staff was very good, and the children asked for a quilt at night. , will respond within five minutes, provide free fruit in the afternoon, and free milk and juice in the evening. If we want to talk about shortcomings, the bathroom in our family room this time has no window, the ventilation effect is not good, the water pressure for bathing is not enough, and the drainage floor is not sloped enough to cause water to flow back. If the shortcomings can be solved, it will be perfect.

I liked some of the sweets available at the hotel lobby, but I couldn’t find the same variant at supermarkets and shops nearby before I left for the airport. Ms. Chen asked me to grab as many as I wanted—I felt shy, but she insisted—how generous! I forgot to thank her personally for recommending Dongshansi, where one could catch a bird’s eye view of the city, in addition to the appealing temple design. The cleaner on duty on Thursday, 13 June 2024, morning gave us extra body shampoo upon request with a friendly smile. She did a great job in keeping our room 519 spick and span, and odourless! The hotel delivered a pleasant surprise in the evening with two packs of milk, accompanied by a handwritten note!! Front desk staff were generous with bottled water. 3.
