地板臟，遙控器都是灰。我沒辦法理解為什麼衞生可以差到這種程度還安排給客人住。這家是當地最新的一家城市便捷，按理説是最乾淨的，以前住過大床都沒這麼差的衞生。我沒辦法理解搞衞生的，檢查衞生的，整個管理流程都出現問題，這樣的衞生還給客人住。前台也是服務不到位，有早餐也不會告訴你，還要人提醒在哪裡用餐，幾點用餐😂希望下次不要住到臟的房間
