❤️ **Hotel with Super Enthusiastic Service – Emotionally Fulfilling!** 🏪 **Location:** Excellent location, very close to Elephant Trunk Hill Scenic Area Gate 1, and near Wenchang Bridge Pier for Two Rivers and Four Lakes. If you're feeling energetic, you can even walk about 1 km to East-West Alley. 🛋️ **Room Type:** We stayed in a King Room with a View. Close up, we mainly saw some surrounding hospitals, and further out, we could see the river. The room had a coffee machine, a bathtub, and welcome fruits. It was clean and tidy, with good soundproofing. 🏡 **Environment:** There's a Sky Bar on the top floor serving drinks and snacks. It's nice to listen to music and enjoy the breeze in the evening. You can even go up to take photos without making a purchase. 🛁 **Facilities:** They don't have a gym or a swimming pool, but their spa has a good reputation. 👔 **Service:** The service awareness of all staff members was top-notch! The front desk lady briefly introduced nearby good eats when we checked in, and efficiently helped us carry our two suitcases to the car when we left. Bottled mineral water was available for self-service in the hotel lobby, making it convenient for guests to grab water on their way in and out. The staff at the breakfast restaurant saw me drink water and touch my chest, and immediately came over to ask if the lemon water was too sour. They even thoughtfully reminded us to make reservations for Elephant Trunk Hill. 🍚 **Breakfast** included oil tea, rice noodles, bread, cakes, fruits, vegetables, and some hot dishes. Most categories were covered, and there were plenty of toppings for the rice noodles. ⛰️ If you happen to be staying in Guilin city center and don't have a strict requirement for a swimming pool, then I highly recommend Tianlongwan Puyue!
