❤️ **Hotel with Super Enthusiastic Service – Emotionally Fulfilling!**

🏪 **Location:**
Excellent location, very close to Elephant Trunk Hill Scenic Area Gate 1, and near Wenchang Bridge Pier for Two Rivers and Four Lakes. If you're feeling energetic, you can even walk about 1 km to East-West Alley.

🛋️ **Room Type:**
We stayed in a King Room with a View. Close up, we mainly saw some surrounding hospitals, and further out, we could see the river. The room had a coffee machine, a bathtub, and welcome fruits. It was clean and tidy, with good soundproofing.

🏡 **Environment:**
There's a Sky Bar on the top floor serving drinks and snacks. It's nice to listen to music and enjoy the breeze in the evening. You can even go up to take photos without making a purchase.

🛁 **Facilities:**
They don't have a gym or a swimming pool, but their spa has a good reputation.

👔 **Service:**
The service awareness of all staff members was top-notch! The front desk lady briefly introduced nearby good eats when we checked in, and efficiently helped us carry our two suitcases to the car when we left. Bottled mineral water was available for self-service in the hotel lobby, making it convenient for guests to grab water on their way in and out.

The staff at the breakfast restaurant saw me drink water and touch my chest, and immediately came over to ask if the lemon water was too sour. They even thoughtfully reminded us to make reservations for Elephant Trunk Hill.

🍚 **Breakfast** included oil tea, rice noodles, bread, cakes, fruits, vegetables, and some hot dishes. Most categories were covered, and there were plenty of toppings for the rice noodles.

⛰️ If you happen to be staying in Guilin city center and don't have a strict requirement for a swimming pool, then I highly recommend Tianlongwan Puyue!

Although the hotel is located in the suburbs, transportation is quite convenient. Aside from the inconvenience of dining out, everything else was excellent. The air conditioning and hot water in the room were excellent, and the refrigerator contained free pure milk and Wang Laoji. The front desk service was excellent. When they heard we were traveling with children, they gave us a free breakfast voucher, which was a huge thumbs-up. There was also free Wahaha purified water at the elevator entrance. Such thoughtful attention to detail. While the breakfast selection isn't particularly extensive for a five-star hotel, it still has everything you need.

Before coming, I was a little worried after reading some negative comments in the comment area. After coming, I found that there was no problem at all. From the front desk reception to the restaurant waiters to the cleaning staff, the service attitude was very good and patient. Because the return train was at 7 pm, I asked the front desk if the check-out time could be extended, and the front desk quickly coordinated it.
The room was also very comfortable, with a wide view, spacious, complete facilities, and an induction hair dryer.
The hotel has self-service flower tea, a gym, and a laundry room.
The location of the hotel looks far from the night fountain of the scenic spot, but it is actually in the new city center of Liuzhou. The infrastructure is very good. You can walk to Haiguan South Road nearby. There is a row of restaurants such as Qiushui snail noodles. It is an old store that has been opened for a long time and is a store that locals go to. It is said that many Internet celebrity stores named on Xiaohongshu now have long queues. In fact, many of them use chili essence instead of chili. I immediately have a stomachache after eating it. These small stores here make their own soup base, which is completely fine after eating.
The hotel's breakfast is rich, clean and hygienic, and is served until 10 o'clock. At 9:40, new dishes are constantly added. Generally, the hotel's buffet breakfast is almost out of food at that time. At 10 o'clock, the waiter will remind you that the meal is almost over. If you need to add any food, you can go to the food pick-up area. It is much more relaxed and comfortable to eat and drink at the hotel and then go to Qingyun Morning Market than to queue up for Internet celebrity snacks when you are hungry.
The overall experience is very good

The hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast spread was incredibly rich and varied. The food at the hotel's Chinese restaurant was delicious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also offer a convenient shuttle service to and from the station. The hotel provides excellent family-friendly activities, keeping the kids entertained. We were also treated to a complimentary afternoon tea, which was surprisingly generous. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to buy fresh fruit right downstairs. A well-deserved five-star rating!
