Amazing hotel. Extremely friendly staff at the reception. Perfect for a relaxing stay. Location is also very convenient and close to main attractions. You can see the elephant mountain from the hotel island.

Really cool location in the middle of a big park. They're very good about transporting you to and from the front of the park via golf cart whenever you want. Pool and hot spring were both very good. Overall had a great experience.

Many Pros but there are cons: - Fresh air and many trees around, but poor cellphone and WiFi connection - Wonderful nature, but nature is also loud at the night time - Resort is located the city park, but some parts of the park are neglected - Beautiful buildings, but some room facilities are a bit outdated - Hot spring is so relaxing, but there were no Western options on the breakfast In summary, the total experience is positive but several thing should be taken into account. By the way, in our experience, it wasn't very suitable for online remote working((

An oasis within the city. Waking up with the forest sounds was so relaxing. Service was impeccable too. Truly recommended

This is a truly special place! Located in the middle of a park the hotel feels like it is in a rain forest. Staff is super helpful and friendly and they would always happy to shuttle you between hotel and park entrance with a golf cart. We however preferred walking and enjoying the tranquility. There was a Chinese lantern festival on and we were lucky to experience the dry run without any other people around 🤩 The property and rooms are mega charming. Not super modern, but well kept and suit the overall style perfectly. We were lucky to receive an upgrade and loved the room. To the point we would actually book it straight on a next occasion. Breakfast was fine and made a good start to the day.

It was a clam,quite and beautiful resort which is just behind the elephant trump cave.

The hotel is tucked away secluded in a nature reserve park which is a perfect location for families or travellers looking to enjoy nature while in the heart of Guilin! It is a natural detox from the busy city but only minutes away from anywhere you need to do. Conveniently located opposite Seven Star Park which is a highlight to visit in Guilin you can even walk to it! The staff are warm and friendly and helpful any time. There is a hotel shuttle that takes you from the entrance of the park to the hotel at anytime! The breakfast is great and pool!

Beautiful Hotel and great Service! You can relax in a wonderful hot spring pool and the park around the Hotel is so pretty.

This hotel is very nice and the staff are very nice as well. The location of this hotel is is very fun as it is in a public park which is very beautiful and peaceful. The staff are very nice and helpful, we had trouble ordering food to the hotel so they ordered it for us. The hot tub and the pool at the hotel are also really nice and the breakfast was pretty good too.

The hotel is inside a park. A shuttle bus will pick you up at the park gate to the hotel and drop you off there from the hotel. The daytime driver was excellent and very friendly. The hotel itself is secluded and peaceful. There are a few signs of wear and tear in the room and the bathroom. There is a travel agency at reception which was useful to book the river cruise. Cleanliness could be improved and tidiness around public areas. But overall the staff were very helpful and we had a pleasant stay. We didn’t have time for the pool but it looked nice. They also gave us some osmanthus cake on our leave which was lovely.
