I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel from the beginning. When I arrived the staff were super helpful and polite from the minute I stepped out of my taxi. The staff at the front desk were very polite and efficient and the receptionist also upgraded my room for a room with a better view. They could barely speak English but went out of their way to use a translator to ensure that I understood what was going on. When I got to my room, it was beautiful and matched the theme of the hotel which is a fusion af antique and modern. When the receptionist entered my room, he instantly got a strong cigarette smoke smell and immediately offered to get it fixed. The buffet dinning area was well set up and offered a wide array of dishes, drinks, pastries and desserts. I ate dinner which was an added cost of 99rmb which is reasonable considering the huge variety of food that was offered. The breakfast was just as good as it also had a huge selection of food. The location of the hotel was great as it was very close to downtown and the surrounding area was lovely to go walking. The hotel also offered in house entertainment every day which was a huge plus. I'm very pleased with my stay at the Grand Bravo.

The hotel has convenient transportation and is accessible in all directions. Ctrip booking supports check-in first and pay-later, and supports delayed check-out until 15:00. No room inspection required upon check-out, the service is very considerate. The guest room is very spacious, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, there is a small balcony outside the window but you can't get out, the view is wide and the lighting is bright.
