酒店員工完全沒有服務意識。當我們反映房間存在的問題時，他們衹是敷衍地説會處理，結果一等就是幾個小時，最後問題依舊沒有解決。設施設備也很差，空調製冷效果極差，大半夜熱得根本無法入睡；淋浴噴頭出水斷斷續續，水温還忽冷忽熱，洗個澡都像在受罪；還有就是房間的Wi-Fi信號弱得幾乎沒有，根本無法正常使用。建議要訂的後來者考慮清楚是否避雷。
