Excellent! From check in, luggage delivery, sushi restaurant, front desk, airport shuttle, friendly and helpful!
The sushi restaurant stayed open to serve lunch to our party of 12 lady scuba divers from Galapagos.

El Hilton Colón necesita una renovación de las instalaciones. No han hecho nada en 10 años y ya se necesitan mejoras.
La caja fuerte me dio problemas y el desayuno me decepcionó un poco, ya que las frambuesas tenían hongos. El poder hacer un jugo fresco de verduras y fruta es genial.
La luz se fue 3 veces en una noche y el generador tardó un par de minutos en ponerse en marcha.
El shuttle al aeropuerto funciona muy bien.

老牌希爾頓。治安比較好。房間很大但是很老。床品比較乾淨，還有陽台甚至可以去隔壁房間的陽台😂😂😂搞得我慌兮兮的確認好幾遍鎖陽台門。另外，早飯我花了32美金賊難吃😅😅😅但是瓜亞基爾太危險了也不敢出去吃。對了咖啡廳也別去也難吃

November 2025: my fourth time staying in this hotel for business, since 2022. I do notice the service level is going down, most alarmingly about cleanliness. On the bus from the airport, the guide told us that the tap water is not safe for drinking, but for tooth-brushing is OK. Guess what, all the three interpreters for the group (including me) got diarrhea. Only afterwards it was discovered the water is not even good for tooth-brushing. Hilton Colon fails big time to warn guests about this important hygienic fact with written notices. Consequently I did not enjoy my fourth trip to this city.
