A fuir !!!!
On avait réservé le parking " sur le site" en arrivant il n'était disponible que pour 1 nuit, alors que j'avais eu la confirmation pour les 3 nuits.
Ensuite, un orage a éclaté et il a plut dans la chambre.
La chambre était inondée.
J'ai essayé de joindre la réception mais a 20h30 je n'ai eu personne.
Ma fille a du se lever en catastrophe et on a du trouver une solution pour qu'elle dorme au sec.
Le lendemain 10h30, une dame vient pour nous changer de chambre. Elle n'avait vraiment pas l'air étonnée de l'état de la chambre.
Aucune excuses de la part de l'hôtel.
Donc plus parking, chambre inondée, donc à éviter.
De plus le réfrigérateur faisait un vacarme pas possible.

I loved this place! Good price and perfect location for hanging out in the pretty town. Near the restaurants and main plaza. Bus station is next door to get to and from Medellin. Small balconies to look out over the action. Across the street from the lake promenade.
