Muy desagradable experiencia .. el establecimiento me confirmó una tarifa dos veces y por escrito y me mandarían el link de pago .. pero en vez de eso recibimos.. que no podían respetar la tarifa que por qué no corresnpondia .. envié mis screenshot donde su mismo personal me confirmó y textualmente me respetaban la tarifa .. me tuvieron todo el día con envíos y mensajes.. su mejor oferta para reparar toda esta desagradable situación y no anfrentar su confirmación de tarifa fue un 8% descuento . Cuándo la tarifa que me Confirmaron dos veces era de 583.100 ( especifique fecha y tipo de habitación )y quería cobrar 1.416.100 y con su descuento quedaba en 1.190.00 .. al final de todo el día con mensajes comentaron que ya no tenían disponibilidad … la noche era para festejar el año nuevo y 2do aniversario con mi pareja .. muy decepcionados .

¡Excelente experiencia! Espero volver pronto. Una estadía gratificante e inolvidable. Vivanti verdaderamente es un espacio de descanso, naturaleza, buena comida, bonitos paisajes, confort y lujo. El servicio es demasiado bueno, el personal es muy amable, atento y ágil para ayudarte con todo lo que necesitas. Destaco que cuando los dueños están presentes también procuran que tengas la mejor experiencia, muy interesados y abiertos a recibir opiniones y recomendaciones. Las instalaciones son impecables, con decoración moderna, elegante y sofisticada. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, amplias y muy bien dotadas. La ubicación me encantó, la vista panorámica a la represa permite que desde cualquier lugar del hotel se pueda disfrutar del paisaje tan espectacular. La piscina “infinita” y el jacuzzi generan un ambiente perfecto para fotos, te sientes como flotando sobre la represa, en otro mundo. Destaco que el hotel cuenta con varios espacios y ambientes en los que puedes estar (piscina, playa, bar, restaurante, muelle), por lo que puede ser una experiencia bastante diversa si así lo deseas. La comida me pareció deliciosa, cada plato muy bien cuidado, en sabores y estética. El menú muy variado, para todos los gustos. ¡Super recomendado!

Me encantó ese resort. Lo primero que uno puede apreciar son las vistas , el hotel está rodeado por la represa y desde la piscina se ve precioso. Después las habitaciones, decoracion de muy buen gusto y camas muy cómodas. Por fin les va encantar la comida...las pastas caseras son de loco y también me encantó el morillo y el arroz caldoso. Volveré!!!

La comodidad de las habitaciones es excelente, muy bien dotadas de todo. Las vistas que tiene el lugar son maravillosas y hay algo que resaltar aún más y es la atención de todo el personal, nos atendieron muy muy bien, sobre todo los chicos de la recepción. Volvería muchísimas veces a este precioso lugar, súper recomendado.

El hospedaje es súper. La habitación muy cómoda la vista es espectacular y muy tranquilo para compartir con mi familia . La zona. Húmeda es grandiosa la piscina climatizada. en el restaurante la comida muy sabrosa y la atención de los meseros muy excelente.

This was such a disappointment. We thought we are going to book a chill resort for a few days but to be honest it was not chill at all. The vibe is all about influencers making the best shots for the followers. The reception is really terrible, not 1 word of English is spoken. Normally not a big problem but they don’t really try to understand you. Food was ok but really overpriced for what you get, facilities looks nice but if you look closer to the jacuzzi for example then it is really dirty water. In earlier comments it was already mentioned so they probably don’t do anything with it. The room was nice decorated but the finishing of the bathroom was definitely not 5 stars. The room didn’t got cleaned and we only received one small bottle of free water. They say that they have super fast internet, this really was not the case. We try to watch something in the room and most of the times it was buffering. We thought on our last day that we would like to chill a bit after check out. This was not possible because they had a load of influencers claiming every spot near the pool. I think it was about promoting themselves. Nothing bad with that off course but do it out of sight of normal paying guests. If you have 20K followers on instagram this is your place to go. If you just want to chill and don’t want to be on everyone’s insta feed don’t come here.

Tout est parfait ... Deja l endroit vaut le coup d oeil...mais quand on s y installe tout est.parfait... Le confort...la vue...les services....les repas...les activites.. Je recommande fortement ce lieu paradisiaque ....et espere y revenir
