O único aspeto positivo foi a simpatia dos funcionários. De resto é um hotel decrépito. Não aconselho a ninguém. Aspeto abandonado e assombrado. Quase não se vê ninguém do hotel.

A disgraceful hotel; only the employees who do their best, whenever possible, get away with it. It smells musty, run-down, and dirty... We were two couples with my 16-year-old daughter. I complained, showing photos to central services, and as compensation, they offered just two people two nights at another hotel in the group with the same reviews/complaints. I obviously said no, as we're a group of five, not two. Besides, the options were the worst possible.

Correu tudo muito bem. Os funcionários são simpaticos e muito atenciosos. Fizeram um up grade na nossa estadia, o quarto era grande, espaçoso e confortável. A zona da piscina interior, precisa de uma remodelação e manutenção, nota-se o passar dos anos. Já cá tinha estado, e nota-se que necessita de uma remodelação geral. O pequeno almoço é bom, com bastante variedade.
Gostamos da estadia no geral.

Tirem lhe as estrelas !!! Super degradado, a piscina supostamente aquecida estava Gelada com o ambiente cheio de bolor ( que por si só já é péssimo Para a saúde de quem frequenta o espaço ). O ambiente meio escuro ( esconde a realidade do hotel ) . Quartos frios com aparelhos de ar condicionado minúsculos usados em pequenas casas de banho Vergonhoso ter 4 estrelas . Vale apenas a EXTREMA SIMPATIA do pessoal da recepção…

Daria 5 estrelas tendo em conta a localização, vista, quartos, atendimento do pessoal e boa confecção do restaurante que faz o jantar, mas o hotel tem umas instalações de piscina interior que não são razoáveis para qualquer hotel, muito menos para um de 4 estrelas. A lamentar...

Hotel muito envelhecido. Tem classificação 4 estrelas- mas parece ter ficado esquecido. Não merece atualmente 4*…Precisa de obras e renovação. Quarto: espaçoso mas com carpetes velhas, sujas e manchadas; mobiliário muito antigo e casa de banho limpeza medíocre. Pequeno almoço médio, em sala também antiga. Piscina interior: piscina grande mas a precisar de obras urgentes- sem condições de higiene- tetos partidos e com marcas de infilitracao e humidade nas paredes e tetos! Espaço escuro e frio. Chão muito sujo com bolor e marcas de uso, fundo de piscina com mosaicos em falta…. Não aconselho e muito diferente das fotos na net. Funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis Mas não pretendemos voltar É pena!
