房間整體設施較新，設備也是新的，但是衞生情況差，第一剛到衞生間，就發現馬桶上有污漬，瞬間就不想住了，有點膈應，後來打電話給前台叫保潔阿姨過來打掃了，但是心裏還是膈應，還有酒店樓上還有裝修，比較吵鬧，希望酒店能夠改進一下

獨自旅行在攜程上定的，酒店是在灌雲縣政務中心旁邊，外部環境還可以，不用愁停車，有很大的停車場可用。沒有早餐，服務員死纏爛打要我入住他們自己的會員平台就給早餐券和13點退房，結果我花了50塊註冊了他們的自有平台，説第二天自動返還給我，結果第二天是返還給我50塊錢他們平台代金券！！！！這叫返還？！？第二次我回桂林想用他們的代金券，結果房費給我加到250，然後用代金券少50，結果還是200左右，這代金券有毛用哈！！還沒攜程便宜，坑爹！照片忘記拍了，就截圖他們平台的，第二張是我第二次想用那個代金券的房費截圖，我定了又取消了。
