和家人一起出行定的這間家庭房，外觀看上去就是私人民房改建的民宿，內部裝修環境還不錯比較現代化，因為是自駕，離景區入口開車還有一段路要走。主要問題是這種自己改造的民宿隔音太差，半夜隔壁一直有個男的打遊戲在大吼大叫個沒完，這邊聽得一清二楚

非常愉快的得一次入住體驗！民宿位置出行非常方便，周邊餐飲和超市很多，晚上也很安全。
設施也不錯，房間配有智能語音系統（控制燈光、空調、窗簾），還有自助洗衣機，對長住客人特別友好！
衞生也非常乾淨床品、浴室、地板都一塵不染，保潔阿姨每天認真打掃，住得很放心。 老闆娘很熱情，響應迅速，有任何需求都能很快解決，體驗感很棒！
總之性價比超高，科技感+便利性兼具，強烈推薦！

這家酒店的位置非常便利，周邊交通便捷，靠近商業區，吃喝玩樂都很方便！！

酒店配備有自助洗衣機，對於住得久一點的人來説很方便，第一次看見有智能語音系統的酒店，不用動手操作，一個字🐮。從入住時前台快速辦理、耐心解答問題，到入住期間有需求打電話給客房服務，響應都很及時，衞生做得很到位，房間裏沒有異味，床單被套乾淨平整，衞生間的枱麪、鏡面都擦得很亮，連洗衣機內部也看着乾乾淨淨，讓人用着放心，退房時還主動詢問是否需要幫忙叫車，對第一次到這裏不熟悉的人來説很友好！

衞生不好，被子一掀開裏面有很多黑色的灰。被子床單不知道是沒洗還是沒洗乾淨，有點膈應。同時房間的鏡前燈用不了。離黃果樹瀑布入口開車20分鐘左右，位置是挺近的。

位置方便 位於熱鬧區 房間裏（有洗衣機、還有智能語音系統），這點就挺不錯的。服務挺好，衞生乾淨，環境也賞心悦目。

我剛開始是看到評價好才決定住這裏的，這一晚我一直在想是不是我們對住宿條件的要求不太一樣，我覺得這家算不上好評，理由如下：
1、沒電梯，行李要自己搬，你讓老闆搬也可以，有個男老闆會幫你搬上去
2、我看到評價説老闆熱情？？？這。。。熱情嗎？愛搭不理的感覺，讓我感覺和之前住過的民宿不太一樣，我覺得有點冷漠，可能老闆性格高冷吧
3、剛開房的時候馬桶是堵的，然後把水噴到到處都是，還好有一間房沒人訂能換房
4、熱水器的反射弧有點長。熱水不是一下子就有，是要過會兒有。重點是如果要更熱點，你調了之後要過大概一分鐘才能變到那麼熱，然後我覺得熱想冷一點，完全變不了！！！衹能調到冷水那邊等水冷了才能再調熱
5、我定了兩個房間，我住的那間空調一點都不！涼！快！你們能想象16℃的空調竟然如此熱情，我都出汗了
6、電視機根本看不了，要看就衹能充錢！我就問了我怎麼住個民宿看電視都要交錢呢
7、房間的小蟲子也有幾衹
8、房間有點潮
以上都是我的真實感受，希望能給你們一下幫助吧，或許你們入住的其他房間不會這樣
