Got upgraded to a Family Room w/ a King Bed & a Double bed for children. And the bathroom was big w/ an outdoor bath. However, only one chair in the backyard, kind of a waste. The hotel is located inside the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic area (5 mins walk). The restaurant served really good food. The Miao costume & Batik experience were very nice. We had a nice & relaxing two nights stay there.

服務太差了，本來就感覺沒什麼服務可言，後來衣服落在酒店了，微信 不接不回，後來好不容易聯繫上了，給我發回來一個和我衣服很像的破衣服，照片上根本看不出來，郵到了我才知道不是我的，居心何在，咱們就不知道了，聯繫他們，問題遲遲得不到解決

酒店離大瀑布和景區觀光車換乘點非常近，玩累了還能中途回來小歇一會，從下單入住前，管家小譚就通過客户羣幫忙解惑答疑，入住期間搬運行李，諮詢旅遊線路知無不言非常熱心。由於這次帶着老父親出遊，對酒店的一草一木都非常好奇和歡喜，餐廳的飯菜也好吃，更是誇讚工作人員的熱情，睡前還有晚安湯，如果有機會再來黃果樹堯珈一定會是我的首選。

酒店位置在景區裏面可以開車進來不要太方便呢，酒店環境很美，服務人員都特別熱情，我的管家小王是個小美女呢，有問必答有求必應，酒店套餐裏還有旅拍和夜遊門票，非常超值，住酒店往景區裏溜達溜達就能看到黃果樹瀑布，這個角度感覺也不錯

酒店環境優美，步行5分鐘左右到景區檢票口，非常方便。酒店餐食可口，店內套餐也很划算。mini吧內容豐富，晚上還送了兩份銀耳羹，相當貼心。店內工作人員都很熱情，臨走還送了一份伴手禮。特別表揚下管家小劉，體貼周到，服務細緻。

還是要感謝酒店，主動給升級了陽台房！視野好且安靜，讓我們有一個比較好的休息環境！
管家小劉很好，因為我是從山上下來，山上酒店不好叫車，我就問了一下可否派車接，小劉很爽快的安排好一切！
酒店就在大瀑布景區內，不要太方便啊！
第一天下午我們去天星橋和陡坡塘，玩的很輕鬆！
第二天一早，趕上旅行團大部隊到來前到大瀑布，水簾洞，爽！晚上還可以夜遊黃果樹！
酒店比較新，設施相對完善！
早餐如圖，麪不錯，其他套盒內容飽腹沒問題，但不是很好吃！有些是涼的，半成品加工的！
但是瑕不掩瑜，推薦來黃果樹玩耍的朋友選擇它家，性價比高！服務好！位置佳！
