The staff at concierge during 9/4/2025 gave us an upgrade to a room with bathtub. Location is great, just walking distance to all the convenience stores and restaurants. Right next to a mall. Room is huge given the upgrade.

Some time ago, due to business trip, I came to Guangzhou and stayed at the Mehao Lizhi Hotel in Guangzhou East Railway Station. This stay experience was simply beyond imagination. I really have to give it a thumbs up. I highly recommend it to everyone! The hotel enjoys an excellent location: It is situated in Tianhe District, the CBD business district of Guangzhou, and is very close to the B1 and B2 subway exits of Guangzhou East Railway Station. It takes only a few minutes to walk from the hotel to the station. It is particularly convenient to go to any area in Guangzhou. There are also large shopping malls such as Oriental Baotai Shopping Plaza and CITIC Plaza nearby, where shopping, dining and leisure entertainment are all available. After a busy day, Vi can go downstairs and start a relaxing time. For business travelers, it is also extremely convenient to make an appointment with business partners to discuss business at a nearby shopping mall. The service is extremely considerate: From the moment you check in at the front desk, you can feel the full enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the hotel staff. The front desk sister not only quickly checked in, but also introduced the hotel's breakfast, afternoon tea, midnight snack time and the use of various facilities in detail. Upon check-in, you will also be served a cup of steaming health tea, which instantly dispels the fatigue of the journey. The day before check-in, the customer service housekeeper called me to ask about my check-in needs, the general itinerary, and kindly helped to arrange the room. Around nine o 'clock in the evening, the customer service butler will personally deliver goodnight milk, sweet water and fruits. This service is really considerate. During my stay at the hotel, I accidentally soiled my clothes. I thought I could only deal with them myself, but to my surprise, the hotel offers free laundry service and the laundry room is open 24 hours a day. It is fully equipped with washing and drying facilities and can also iron clothes. This is really practical for people who often travel on business. When checking out, the staff will also ask about your experience of staying and sincerely listen to your opinions, making you feel highly valued. The environment is comfortable and pleasant: The overall decoration style of the hotel is a perfect blend of Oriental elegance and modern aesthetics. The six-meter-high lobby is spacious and bright. The cloud-patterned marble floor, paired with exquisite chandeliers, creates an atmosphere of nobility and elegance. Many green plants are placed in the public area, adding vitality and vigor to the entire space. The corridors and elevators were both spotlessly clean and filled with a faint fragrance. The interior decoration of the room is truly eye-catching. The three-meter-wide floor-to-ceiling Windows offer a wide view, allowing the beautiful city skyline to be taken in at a glance. The room is spacious and well-laid out, and it doesn't make people feel cramped at all. The bed is neither too hard nor too soft. Lying on it is as comfortable as lying on a cloud. The independent pocket spring system ensures that there is no noise disturbance even when turning over. Every night, I can sleep very soundly. All facilities are available: The room is equipped with an intelligent voice-controlled Xiao Du. Whether it's turning the lights on or off, adjusting the air conditioning temperature, or playing music, you can easily handle it with just a few words. The strong sense of technology makes the stay experience more convenient and comfortable. There are also refrigerators, televisions, safes and other facilities to meet various needs of life. Perfect for short period of transit in Guangzhou, close to the airport, hotel provide free shuttle with in advance reservation, clean and cost effective, good service at the front desk and a really polite, helpful and friendly driver who drove me to the airport in the middle of the night, definitely will stay again in the future

Highly recommend!! Room: very clean. Chose non-smoking room and it was perfect. Drinking water: plentiful. They were 4 bottles provided in the room and more in front of the elevator. Bathroom: the shower was amazing. Very clean and the mirror is big. Location: 10/10 very close to Gangding station and walkable to Shipaiqiao station. Has 3+ shopping mall nearby. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. I was amazed that for an entire night i didn’t hear any disturbance sound(cuz i didn’t expect much peace cuz the hotel is located in the middle of crowded area) Ps. Shoutout to Ellie & Jarvis. They were really helpful. Even went outside the hotel and communicated with didi’s driver for me. 5/5 to the hotel 5/5 to the staffs

The hotel service is really impeccable, from check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. The room was cleaned very well, the sheets and towels were new, and there was no odor. The soundproofing was excellent, and I could rest at night without being disturbed. The breakfast was rich in variety, and the location was excellent. It was within walking distance of the subway station and convenient for travel. Overall, I felt it was good value for money and would definitely come again!

I enjoyed my stay at this newly renovated hotel! Our room was spacious and comfortable, with modern finishes that made it feel fresh and inviting. The hotel offers complimentary drinks and fruit in the lobby, which was a nice touch, and the staff were very helpful. The robot in the elevator added a bit of fun, too! The hotel is close to the station, but the directions were a bit confusing, so clearer instructions would be helpful. Breakfast was decent. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is new, comfortable to stay in, and the breakfast is rich. However, it shares the elevator with the hospital's physical examination center, which is very inconvenient from Monday to Friday. You have to wait for a long time to go upstairs in the morning. The smoking poles in the house were wrapped and there were no fire masks, which was very unsafe. When I went up in the morning, the smell of smoke in the toilet was very strong. I don't know where it came from. Although it's next to the road, it's not particularly noisy and overall it's okay.

Very convenient location. Just next to the metro with some shopping malls nearby. Some of the popular restaurants are also within the vicinity. The room was spacious and clean. The service was excellent. The breakfast was good. There was a notice on construction noise nearby but I did not hear anything at night and could sleep well. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
