Spa Hotels in Guangzhou

Stayed in Hilton Guangzhou for 3nights. Checked in was smoothly done & given an upgrade of room due to reserved room not ready when there at about 2pm. Room was spacious and clean. Daily cleaned up were done nicely and happy to return to room in late afternoon with fresh condition space. However, was encountered with a not helpful lobby staff when had an issue with our Didi ride booking, Maybe he could not understand our Chinese words and ignored us. Luckily, another lobby staff approached us and managed to get our ride booking done successfully. Hotel location wise is convenient as there are some small restaurant eataries and shopping mall nearby. Hotel breakfast was good which we reserved on our last day stay. There were a wide spread of local & international food which we enjoyed. Overall, had a good 3nights stay at Hilton. Thank you to all staffs concerned that made our stay a pleasant one:)

Outstanding Stay at Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel I recently stayed at the Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the view of the city skyline from the window was breathtaking. The hotel's location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Tianhe District, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. Being connected to a large shopping mall and near the metro station made getting around effortless. The dining options were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Breakfast was a highlight – the buffet had an impressive selection catering to both local and international tastes. The facilities were top-notch, from the well-equipped gym to the relaxing outdoor pool. Every detail was carefully thought out, making the hotel a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend the Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel to anyone visiting the city. It combines luxury, convenience, and exceptional service to create a truly memorable experience. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Guangzhou!

The place is in good conditions, clean and organized, the room is in good conditions, with basic amenities and plenty of dirking water. the view for the street is good, the main restaurant is good, and all the personnel in the restaurant speak English, that is great. The parking lot requires more signs to make easy to find the lobby of the hotel, it is not clear and not easy.

We arrived at the hotel around 15:00hrs , which is the usual time for check in, W hotel have 3 front desk and all are occupied. So we need to wait for 10 minutes.  The receptionist is articulate and very helpful, she even upgrade my room which surprised me a lot! It was my first time to stay at W Hotel.  The concierge helped me book a taxi the next day since I'm rushing to go to South Railway station.  Location is very convenient to all area.  Will definitely come back again!

would not pay 1400 for it. Not in my life. Not worth that. First room I got was on the 7th floor. I had asked for the highest room they had, and the clerk nodded and confirmed that. Upon entering the room, I was greeted with the view of an awning covered in filth and birds, and a corner of the Canton tower visible. I had to go back and complain to get a higher room on the 21st floor as I originally requested. Why did I have to do that? The gym was mediocre at best. No free weights. Very basic stuff. Was not impressed. The room itself look a bit worn down, albeit still very nice. The room with the 21st floor view of the city does make up for the short comings. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Pancakes and waffles were cold and hard. Sausage seemed store bought. Sweet like sugar, and with bits of something hard still inside. Bacon was ok. Eggs were cold as ice. Coffee was bad. It's still a very nice hotel overall and I'd go again, but I would not pay 1400 for it. Not in my life. Not worth that.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The service was impeccable, and the room was both luxurious and comfortable, meeting the high standards I’ve come to expect from this brand. However, I feel there are a couple of areas that could be improved to enhance the overall experience. The lobby, while elegant, doesn’t quite match the grandeur of the rest of the hotel and could benefit from some updates to reflect the luxurious feel of the property. Additionally, the elevator lobby felt a bit dull and lifeless—perhaps adding some fresh elements or decor could brighten it up. I also noticed there was no noticeable fresh scent in the lobby area, which would add a touch of freshness upon arrival. Despite these small suggestions, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.

My stay at the hotel was a truly enjoyable experience. The room was clean, bright, and cozy, exactly as I had hoped. The bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a restful night’s sleep. What impressed me the most was the cleanliness of the room; every detail was meticulously taken care of, from the bathroom to the bed linens and the floor, all spotless and giving a very comfortable feeling. The service was also outstanding, with friendly and professional staff who offered helpful advice and assistance. A special thanks to Blue from housekeeping and Ares at the front desk for their attentiveness and warmth! Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, and I will definitely return!

The hotel staff were really excellent, friendly, polite, professional and very helpful. Each time I need anything everyone does their best to help me. The view of my opera facing room was magnificent, the breakfast was excellent and the in-room dining was delicious as well. I truly recommend it and definitely I will come back during my next visit.

Stayed at this hotel for our New Year’s Eve trip to Guangzhou. The location of the hotel is very good and central. We were welcomed by Hans at the front desk who helped to check in for us. He was friendly and polite. the room that we initially got had some smell of smoke from previous guest probably. I went back to the reception and he helped to change and upgrade our room to a much better room on a high floor which was much appreciated. The breakfast wide variety of the hotel breakfast was also nice so there was much to choose from. I especially liked the tea section as there were lots of different teas (including flower teas) to choose from. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for tourists visiting Guangzhou.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Guangzhou Hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The property is newly constructed, beautifully designed, and offers a modern and stylish atmosphere that makes it perfect for both relaxation and photo opportunities. The level of service provided was exemplary, and I would like to specifically commend Alan and Jake at the front desk. His attention to detail, professionalism, and thorough explanations about the hotel made a significant positive impression. Alan truly demonstrated a high level of competence and dedication to ensuring a seamless guest experience. I highly recommend the Jumeirah Guangzhou Hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
