The stay was super comfortable, and the service is impeccable. Loved the choice of food and the overall vibe, and the view! the bar area is also super comfortable for informal business meetings.

Best stay ever in Guangzhou! Hotel room is spacious and clean. Bed is very big and comfortable, however the pillow is a little soft to our liking but we still had a good rest! Hotel is just beside a few of the shopping malls making it very convenient to do shopping and have our meals, it’s also very near the local metro station. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel, definitely lived up to the 5 stars hotel standard.

There is not many choices of food around the hotel. Found one decent local restaurant that serve hot foods. 7-Eleven is just next to the hotel and there are two stores available. Hotel room is spacious and comfortable. Great housekeeping. Fast check in and check out.

Breakfast was great! Hotel staff is friendly and helpful ! Spa and swimming pool are nice. nice service in the evening at the woo bar with singers who entertain.

One of our favorite hotels after visiting so many other hotels in the area. Very tasty breakfast options, excellent facilities with sauna, hot and cold pools, and swimming area. The housekeeping service was particularly caring, they even cleaned and renewed all the amenities in the room again in the evening when we went out for dinner. The hotel is located in a very convenient location, close to the Canton Tower and other major shopping centers in the city. Definitely one of our favorite hotels at the moment

I had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The service was impeccable, and the room was both luxurious and comfortable, meeting the high standards I’ve come to expect from this brand. However, I feel there are a couple of areas that could be improved to enhance the overall experience. The lobby, while elegant, doesn’t quite match the grandeur of the rest of the hotel and could benefit from some updates to reflect the luxurious feel of the property. Additionally, the elevator lobby felt a bit dull and lifeless—perhaps adding some fresh elements or decor could brighten it up. I also noticed there was no noticeable fresh scent in the lobby area, which would add a touch of freshness upon arrival. Despite these small suggestions, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.

I Usually don't write review but this hotel is so good that i have to !!! I am a big traveler, and I can tell you this hotel is really one of the best I went to.. Everything is so nice, staff speaks well english, super clean, amenities super modern, bathrooms amazing, every detail has been thought through.. the rooftop bar is the best in GZ I think.. And cherry on the pie, I got upgraded to a large suite !! Go there if you like to be spoiled, you won't regret it !!!

A surprise to find such a grand and convenient hotel right next to the Guangzhou Museum and Guangzhou Library, especially when my wife & I were travelling with kids. Within walking distance or few stops of metro to some main tourist spots and authentic Guangdong cuisine. Clean room with spacious bathroom. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice and easily accessible. I did not try the food as room service options did not seem interesting. Helpful front desk staff and room service came quickly to clean the room each day. Bathroom door lock seemed broken and room was quite cold (December stay). I was unable to turn the heat on, so I had to just keep the air off. Recommend bringing pajamas if you are traveling during the winter.
