I really enjoy staying here. So close to the old city center. I stay here often.

We took a didi to the hotel from Gongyuanxian metro station only to discover later that the hotel is just round the corner. And we could have taken the lift from the underground metro station which is connected to the hotel. From hotel take lift number 3 and press '-2' to go to the metro station. The hotel room was disappointing. It was old appeared dirty and quite small with smell of smoke. Very run down. The only plus point is its location which is close to Beijing Road and Canton Tower.

Most affordable hotel in this area. An old and traditional hotel and maintained in normal condition. Near to MRT station.

The room is so clean, the service is so good. It's worth the price, next time I gonna come again. Thank you trip.

As tourists we stayed in the discounted room, it was a little small so we moved to the next room up. They have no windows but not a problem for us as we like to sleep during the hottest time of day. the room was generous in size. The location is excellent, u can take the lift down to -2 floor and connects to the metro station. There's an excellent gym and yum cha restaurant in the same building. The owner Abdulla is very hospitable and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Only problem is smoky and its sound proof. However, people and the services are so nice. It is so convenient to go to subway, and visit some places around. I do recommend this hotel

Receptionist very helpful and friendly. Easy to find the hotel and fast check in. If have laundry services for guess will be more perfect. Will consider again to book for if come again

The lady at the counter was very efficient and helpful but don’t expect the room to be nice. The window lock was not working and there is no view. The location is very close to the metro.

Very near to Exit A of Gongyuanqian station, and it’s within walkable distance to the shopping street. The cleanliness is acceptable. However, the room has thin walls, able to hear noises from rooms beside. Despite booking a non-smoking room, there was a persistent strong smell of smoke.

The hotel is located right at the city center. Withing a one min walk, you can hop on subway line 1 or line2 to access the East and South train stations. The Beijing Road walking street (no other traffic) is about 5 min walking distance where you can find all major stores, shops and major department stores. The rooms are clean and relatively spacious, bathrooms layout is not as efficient (space wasted). Operators are trying to attract more oversee travelers, but they need to make it easier for them to stay. One thing they could do is to eliminate the local phone number verification requirement to connect to their WIFI, many oversee travelers do not have a local phone number to go through the process. Another improvement might be that connecting all power cords for WIFI to an extension board so that they will not occupy all the plugs by the desk (there are three plugs used just for the WIFI). For the location and price, I would still recommend this hotel if you can get around with the WIFI verification process or simply do not use the WIFI. You might be able to ask the front desk to help you with the verification process, they will be happy to help. They made many exceptions for me since I am an oversee traveler who had encountered many obstacles. You could save a lot of taxi money by staying in this hotel since you can literally get to any where in the city with the subway system. Especially during the summer time when the weather is so hot and humid that calling a taxi can be a challenge.
