The room was not very clean with a mixture of different smell inside the room. The wall was also very thin that you can hear outside all the time. But nevertheless the staff were helpful and friendly. If you can look pass the smell and the sound, not a bad choice for it’s price.

This Latitude Hotel is a good choice for attending the Guangzhou Trade Fair. Because the location is close to the Pazhou venue, only three ground weaving stations are needed. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, some of which are very good.

If I wanted to change to a room without smell, I could only change to a room with windows, and that kind of room would cost an additional 70RMB per night. I was originally going out to play with friends, and it was not easy to change hotels in the middle of the night. In order to avoid bad things, I endured it. We specially changed to a room with windows facing the interior, which was just as small and had the same old facilities. The half-meter window faced the internet-famous school behind, and we could see the situation in the opposite house clearly. The bathroom in the changed room was even smaller than the previous windowless room, comparable to the bathroom provided by a 5-square-meter homestay in Hong Kong. When my friend arrived at 11 o'clock, we finally chose to order takeout for dinner. When he took the room card to swipe the elevator to go downstairs to get the food, it was in the dark that I noticed that the door of the room was crooked and there was a huge gap at the bottom. No wonder it felt like there was no sound insulation in the corridor. Even in the room, we could clearly hear the laughter and conversation of the residents next door. Halfway through the meal, a small cockroach the size of a fingernail climbed onto the bed and quickly disappeared in the huge gap between the beds. Good news, there was no stench in the changed room, bad news, there were cockroaches in the huge gap of the door of the changed room, no sound insulation, and it was at the corner. The facilities were old, the hotel corridor was narrow, and the hygiene was poor. The only advantage for me was that the WiFi provided was very good and the speed was smooth.

The accommodation facilities are complete and this hotel is suitable for those who do not have high requirements for accommodation. It is very convenient for travel.

Better than expected. The lady at the front desk was awesome. She upgraded the room for free because we had a child. It was just right for one person and one child. The bed was against the wall, so I didn't have to worry about the child falling to the ground. 😃 And there was a subway station nearby, so it was convenient to go everywhere, including only 5 stops to Chimelong. 😃 I have recommended it to my friends who are coming to play next week.
