All the good tables in the restaurant are always on standby. The staff is not friendly. The pool is drafty and the wind is constantly terrible. Everything else is fine.

We stayed at King size bed room. The room is spacy and clean. It is not 5 stars hotel. It is a bit outdated. The bathroom has dim light, harder to put makeup on. The mattress was old and too soft. Breakfast was good.

Quality 5 star hotel in a good location. Room was well cleaned daily. You’re near ICC and other buildings with amenities. What didn’t work well at all were the pillows and bed which are very very soft. If you have a back problem, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Front desk Carol is very helpful. Fast check in. Houskeeping is doing good job, room is spacios and clean, water pressure good. Overall is very good.服务员徐桂清is kind enuf to provide four bottles drink during second day after knowing we bringing 2 kids. Thank you.

This is my 1st time to stay in Westin GZ, experience inside the hotel is good, just very annoying with the traffic inside Guangzhou, wherever you go will take extra long time. There are some Japanese restaurants around the hotel, very tasty and authentic, should give a try.

Clean hotel with good amenities. There is a family mart/ convenience shop near the lobby of the hotel and a nearby mall that has a few cafes and restaurants which mainly provides for the office workers around the area. Location is central and is about 7min walk from Linhexi Metro Station which links directly to Baiyun Airport. Service of staff is professional.

Services are good, but facilities are a bit old especially the shower room.  The sound resistance is not so good and heard msny “Pang! Pang!” many times in the morning when staff or other residents closed the door. Quite annoying!  But overall it is good.
