We had booked a king with pullout bed on Expedia. Once checking in at 12:30am there was not a pullout, also there were no rollaways available. We ended up having to have our kids sleep on the ground. This morning we went to the front desk to see if they could do anything because we had paid $300 for the night. They said no because it was booked 3rd party and they just kind of blew us off. My husband got frustrated and the “manager” assisting him ask if he wanted to “step outside”. I was blow away by the unprofessionalism. This all transpired with a lobby completely full of customers eating breakfast. The night staff gentleman was very helpful but the day staff was very unprofessional.

We were on a road trip and this was an overnight stay.  It has easy access off I-15.  Room was clean, breakfast was good, with a good selection of hot and cold items and the beds were comfy.  We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if coming through Cedar City. . 

I know, I know….  How petty!  Folks, this place is in a desert.  ALL hotels have lotion.  Not this one.   Positive - we changed our reservation a few times because of falling white stuff on our way home from AZ.  They were accommodating in that respect.  The person at the desk is very friendly.  I’ll probably survive but my hands are really dry.  😉
