Energy Saving Thermostat turns off the lights and resets the tv after 20 minutes.   Don’t try sitting and reading a book, or laying in bed and watching a movie here.  Well maybe you could but be sure to wave your arms every 15 minutes or the lights will shut off and the TV will reset itself.  Annoyed by this (and trying to read) I called the front desk to see if this could be changed, NOPE!  That’s the way it is, if you don’t like it, stay somewhere else.       Add street/freeway noise, less then helpful staff, uncomfortable pillows, and not being able to pick your room on the app when you check in and you’ve got this place.      The only thing I liked here was the ice machine, it works, and dispenses flakey ice instead of lumps, I give it one star for that and another star for my room being clean and ready when I checked in.

Beautiful hotel. Clean. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and very informative. I requested a quiet room and she allowed me to pick the perfect room for my stay. She let me know all the hotel information at check in, which you don’t get often at hotels anymore. My room was nice and clean.

The hotel was fairly clean and maintained.  The staff were friendly.  Nicole at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant to interact with.    Our breakfast bar attendant Sarah however was exceptional.  Although the breakfast bar is limited in choice - Sarah went out of her way to accommodate my wife’s dietary needs as well as give us a ton of good recommendations for our stay in San Fran.
