Bed was so soft. I really like it. Three staffs I met were all kind. But they fixed something in building before check out time , so I could not sleep well. The hotel can not be seen from station so woman traveling alone may feel insecure.

We didn't take any photo but the building was a nightmare for us. The entire corridor and along all room walls were full of mold. Luckily we had book for 2 nights and decided not to extend. Location is near metro & food district next to Tianhe terminal

Very filthy dirty and lift not working for couple days. Room has many mosquito bite. To MRT , walk about 10-15 minutes. Room air con not cooling if your room facing to afternoon sunlight. I changed to opposite room on next day. If room rate can go lower to below RM80 only worth to stay. My stays above rm100+ per night for few nights. If can cancel I will change another hotel.

Terrible Hotel, even if it's cheap. It's cheap so you get what you pay for, but I'll never stay here again. They gave me a room with quite possibly the worst shower I've ever had; it was impossible to shower as the space was so narrow, only if you're 4 foot tall and as thin as a chopstick could you use the shower. The ceiling condition looked like a health risk, and should be repaired before it crashes to the floor. Thanks, but no thanks.

Bad service.bad room.interneet not working.i order a normal room and I got a. Tatami bed.i change,room ceiling was licking.Aircon not working.i change room for the third time,the room was fine this time...........but internet wasn't working.

The hotel is good value for the price I paid. Comfortable and clean room. I had all the necessary amenities. The stuff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend it

Safe yourself by not staying here. Room was relatively okay compared to price but the staff was not helpful at all. Environment and the hotel itself was so dirty.

Location is fairly convenient for public transport from the airport and to the city. The rooms itself are alright and clean. Room service has to be requested and they do not make the bed or anything but just very basic things.

Pictures do not match the reality. It's a good place but definitely not what someone might expect from the pictures provided. We're satisfied with our stay.
