I called the front desk staff to explain the situation. She told us to go to the front desk to get breakfast. When we went there, there was no breakfast. She didn’t know what breakfast was. She said that one breakfast coupon could only be ordered one. Later, I found the Ctrip platform staff to solve the breakfast problem for us. If it weren’t for Ctrip, The platform communicated and coordinated in the middle. We couldn't have breakfast until noon, so I really thank the Ctrip platform for always solving various problems for us. 3. The online platform says that there are swimming pools and tennis courts, etc. We asked the aunties who clean the hotel, and they said that they were not open, so you can imagine the facilities yourself. 4. There are very few staff in the hotel. The overall feeling is that the staff quality is poor. The service and politeness are not felt here. Asking them anything is ambiguous and uncertain. 5. The service awareness of the restaurant staff is not very good. They are impatient to entertain guests and order dishes at noon. However, there is an auntie who makes tea in the restaurant with a good service attitude. It's just that here I feel that the right to choose independently has been deprived. They didn't ask us what kind of tea we want to choose, but the restaurant staff ordered tea for us. We didn't know what kind of tea it was until we paid the bill. The fee was 32 yuan. These are what we didn't know and didn't order. In short, I won't come here again.

You can choose to take the arranged breakfast or pay 20 yuan for it. It's a pity that the facilities are under renovation, otherwise it should be better. But the 7 of us were very happy, and the children were clamoring to go again next time! It is worth recommending this nearby restaurant. The beef is delivered fresh every afternoon, the ingredients are fresh, and the owner is also very nice. I will definitely go there again!
