The room is rather small. All and all the experience is average.

Nice stay

The entrance and exit of the hotel is located in the Nagouding Shopping Street. There are shops as soon as you step out. If you are looking for restaurants, there are many choices. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to Sendai Station, where there are numerous shopping malls and restaurants.

This is the hotel where I stayed for a business trip. The location is 10 minutes from Sendai Station, and it is near the arcade street, so it is very accessible to shops and restaurants. The facilities felt reasonable for the price. When checking in, I asked for a confirmation of stay for 3 people, and when they gave me a piece of paper, I wrote all 3 names. The front desk staff confirmed that they would give me a confirmation of stay on the day of check-out. However, on the day of check-out, I received a confirmation of stay for 2 people instead of 3, and I asked for a confirmation of stay for the remaining one. One staff member kept pretending to look for the confirmation of stay for the remaining one and did not reprint it. The staff member's attitude was very unpleasant, making me keep repeating the same thing. Since I did not understand the language, they wanted me to just pass by. If you need a confirmation of stay for a business trip, please request it in advance.

Breakfast was 1,400 yen. They didn't tell me about the coffee service so I couldn't use it.

The room was clean, but the facilities were old and the bathroom was particularly small. Also, I was concerned about the smell in the elevator and hallway.

Located along Sendai City's Chuo-dori Arcade, it is ideally located for access to JR and subway stations as well as downtown areas. The affiliated parking lot is also nearby and convenient! The room is also minimal, but the Simmons bed is extremely comfortable. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again if I have the opportunity.
