Love this hotel so much, nice and staff is so friendly. Very convenient with shopping and restaurants all over nearby the hotel. I will come back to this hotel again.

Cosy hotel located in a residential area. Front desk was helpful and kind. Room is clean and bed is comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent. However, the bedroom lacked a foldable luggage rack and the bathroom lacked robe hooks—both are essential elements in a well-appointed hotel room. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and I would consider returning if the room rates become more competitive. 早餐非常出色。然而，客房缺少可折叠的行李架，浴室也没有挂浴袍的钩子——这两项都是优质酒店客房不可忽视的细节。整体入住体验令人满意，如果房价更具吸引力，值得再次入住。

I stayed at this hotel for a total 5 nights of as a part of a 12 day journey in southern China. The location is easily acessible by metro line 2, which is about 30- 40 minutes away from Guangzhou south railway station (5rmb) - if your arriving with high speed railway from other parts of mainland china or Hongkong. Getting to and from Baiyun airport (8rmb) was easy and efficient and took about 40-60minutes. The room var impressively spacious, neat and clean, compared to northern european standards. And the staff was very welcoming - whatever issue you had - they were keen to help - such as acessing room wifi without a chinese phone number. Language barriers were no problem as the staff are quick and flexible with the use of AI translators. The little street by the canal has a calm and quiet vibe to it at night local shops, and there was one guy selling amazing grilled skewers past 22:00 /10pm. A great place to rest, and not far from what else that Guangzhou has to offer. I had such a good impression that I chose to return on my final night in Guangzhou before departing from China.

The experience in the hotel is great! They were attentive to our needs and even provided insect repellent when we shared that we have mozzie bites. Their WeChat channel is also very responsive to our needs, and it makes us feel assured. The location was also good, it is near the mall and just a junction away from the train station. Room was cleaned daily and we had no issues. Would suggest to have hooks in the toilet in addition to the clothing line.

We stayed for 3 nights in 2 Standard Twin rooms on the 7th floor. The rooms were compact but comfortable for two people. Amenities were sufficient, and anything missing could be requested. We received 6 bottles of water daily. The hotel offers free snacks and drinks in the lobby, plus a self-service laundry area with washer, dryer, detergent, and steam iron—all free to use. The location is a bit tucked into a small street, surrounded by local houses and shops, which gives it a quiet neighborhood vibe. Upon checkout, we received a complimentary box of butter cookies per room. The minus (⛔️) : the hallway had a cigarette smell, but the rooms were clean and odor-free.

The location of the hotel was in the middle of residential flat, near to shopping mall & many small restaurant surround. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean with the modern vibes.

My stay at Hidden House Hotel was overall very pleasant. The hotel looks exactly like the photos—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. A big plus was the complimentary washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The staff were warm and welcoming, offering a welcome drink upon check-in and attentive service throughout. However, there was a minor issue with the shower room—water tended to seep out due to weak floor waterproofing. It wasn’t a major inconvenience but worth noting. Still, I’d recommend this hotel for its great location, amenities, and hospitality.

We loved this hotel in the thick of Guangzhou city, hidden as the name suggests on a little side road. Really felt like we were seeing the real place. Plenty of great food places near by. Amazing room and staff. Only slight bad point was that my room smelt awful of cigarettes when we arrived however they very quickly brought a air purifier and set it up. Great car service for the carton fair too.

The suite was spacious and comfortable, and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. There was one night where the water pressure was low and they got an engineer to fix it swiftly. During the canton fair they also arranged complimentary transport to and fro which was very much appreciated.

I stayed one nite in this hotel. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was served at 7.30 am. but we had to leave at 7.00 to the train station. when we went up to the breakfast room at 6.35 am , the staff had already got a few dishes prepared and they allowed us to have a quick bteakfast.

Loved the hotel. Good service, comfortable, clean. Not in the most touristy area, feels local. Near a subway station, but it’s easy to call a cab too. Near a mall, loads of food. Will highly recommend!

Approx 7mins walk from the metro. Away from the main street so it’s minimal noise pollution from our room. Enjoyed the stay and had great breakfast for the price paid. The cleaner who managed our room was ultra helpful and lovely, supported us with all the necessary. Rooms were ultra clean including the sheets. Fab stay. We enjoyed ourselves and looking forward to another trip to Guang Zhou.
