WF Apartments is in a great location a short walk from Ruyifang metro. The apartment is loft style and the upstairs celiing is quite low (above 190cm may not be able to stand up fully). However, the beds are comfortable and the bedding clean. The apartment had a great river view, a washing machine and refrigerator. It was within walking distance to a plethora of eating options, including the famous Taotaoju and Diandude, both of which have excellent dim sum. The train museum behind the apartment block is well worth visiting and free of charge.

The apartment is small and not like the pictures. It is as if you are entering a wardrobe. There are no services. The water was turned off at 10 in the morning and the air conditioning was turned off at 11 when we informed them that it would not be renewed. The treatment is bad. One of the rooms has no door, just a curtain.

Good place, great location, good river view. Suitable for family. Fast and friendly service. Just when we check in that day, the floor was very wet but after informed the management they quickly asked the cleaner to come and dry it.

Beware of Roaches and Stray cats all over the Property. I had blood stains on a towel it was cleaned but the stains were there. I left and canceled my stay sent them photos and they would not return my money.

The place is wonderful, with great scenery, space and cleanliness. The apartment is great for a family of four. The only downside is there is only one washroom in the same space with the washing machine, hence it can be slightly inconvenient. Other than that, its a great place, will definitely return if we come back to Guangzhou again!

The large four-bedroom house I stayed in this time was my greatest comfort during my trip to Guangzhou. Hygiene: The place is very clean, the floor is spotless, there are no water stains in the bathroom, and there are no oil stains in the kitchen. Facilities: The landlord prepared a complete set of items for me to cook with, including an induction cooker and pot for dinner, a washing machine to dry my clothes, and a large screen to watch movies. It is very convenient to live here. Service: I received good service, their service team is strong, and they will help me as soon as possible when I encounter problems.

Location is quite near from markets and center of Guangzhou. Very clean and comfortable

The unit was clean and easy to find. It looked like the pictures shown. Since it was in a residential building, check-in was done via WeChat. We had a slight problem with adding each other via WeChat but the front desk person was able to facilitate. It was easy to communicate with the host. Would stay again

The apartment was a little rundown, but overall was still worth the money and short stay. The location is central to many famous tourist spots, so it saved a lot of time. The host was friendly despite having trouble adding initially. Thank you for the stay~

lots of problem during stay. day 1 they change our booking to another room day 2 - all 3 my new belt that i just bought gone (nobody cares) day 4 - some room got electricity problem day 5 - water leaked everywhere in the bathroom day 8 - all dark inside the apartment. all electricity problem. and the host only ask me to wait wait wait. very very bad experience during stay😭

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent—everything was communicated efficiently through WeChat, and they even provided a detailed guideline in both English and Chinese with pictures, making check-in and other procedures very smooth. Our apartment was on the 34th floor, offering a stunning skyline view over the city. It was a two-floor unit with two bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs, and a shared bathroom. The apartment also featured a small kitchen and a cozy living area with a sofa and a projector—perfect for movie nights. In terms of amenities, the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed. It was also quite clean and tidy, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location was convenient, with two metro stations nearby. The closest one, serving Line 6/11, connects to many main areas, and Line 1 is also within reach. Additionally, 永庆坊 is just a short walk away, offering plenty of restaurants and shops. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and a fantastic location
