Easy to get around Convinient with restaurants nearby Good location

Stay was alright, though there was a hiccup on our last day of stay whereby the whole street of premises experienced water disruption due to water reservoir pump malfunctioned but this wasn't the hotel's fault. Hotel is located in the same building as Lucky Restaurant International Banquet, so it was very very convenient for us to get dimsum breakfast in the morning 😁 Elevator queue requires some patience as the building accommodates business premises as well.

Apartment is a bit old but has all the necessary amenities like washing machine, fridge and microwave oven.  It was spacious enough to accomodate our family of 4 adults and 3 children. Gave us extra pillows without question and always enough towels for the 6 of us.  Good sound insulation and always had good night’s sleep.  You can get coffee sachets and small cakes from their reception on the 15th floor.  The staff are super friendly and helpful.  The location is excellent - just next to Beijinglu - and short 600m walk to Beijinglu station.  There is a fantastic shopping mall called Tee Mall nearby where you can spend days shopping and eating!  The building where the hotel is has got 2 floors of outlet shops with cheap prices.  There is a good Cantonese restaurant called Lucky restaurant on the 8th floor.  We found a good massage place on the 17th floor where we stayed which was clean and modern. The building is shared by many other businesses and hotel operators and is 31 storey high so there can be a bit of a wait for the lifts as they are programmed to work either on odd or even numbered floors.  But we found we could also use the service lifts which bypass the first 8 storeys.  We would be happy to stay here again.  Immediately on the exit of the building is a street food area and turning right was a food lane that has a great Chaoshan style fish ball noodle stall called Qimei

Reception gave us a wrong room. We have 3 people but the room provided is 2 single bed. Then we requested to change to what we booked was 1 king bed and 1 single bed. Took them quite long to change. Then the room short of 1 towel. Took them 2 hours to bring an extra towel. Lift of the building was extremely slow. But overall is ok for 1 night stay

Overall is good. Room is clean and comfortable. Just a little disadvantage on the lift. Have to wait long.

Excellent location and service. But the lift is a pain. For those who are afraid of cockroaches please do not stay in this apartment.  as we kill about four cockroaches for our five night stay.

Vast space, easy access and no worries for food and shopping. Been here several times and still coming back

Fantastic in all perspective. Only issue I felt is 6 minutes walk to Beijing Lu metro & little busy lift ( total lift if 8 for the building) Otherwise absolutely clean, fantastic room service, super friendly staffs, toilet push shower, bla bla blah.

Staff are wonderful and friendly, responsive to requests for assistance almost immediately. Room is spacious and furnished with almost everything (except the stove) you need for an apartment such refrigerator, washer/dryer, a/c, and microwave. Two bottles of water per guest are provided daily. Located in the heart of the city where everything such as shopping , sightseeing, museums, and eateries is within walking distance. Beijing Road Pedestrian Street in vibrant and full of activities. It gives the feel of the Time Square in New York almost.Clean immaculate Metro stations nearby can take you anywhere in relative comfort, even though cars get crowded sometimes, if you want to venture out. PA on metro includes English and signs are easy to read. We stayed for 13 days and had a grand time playing tourists.

Its is very good location. Walking to Beijing Street only take 1 minutes. Get out from the lift turn right pass thru the mall and u are at Beijing Street. A lot of shopping and restaurant and street food around. Metro Station are nearby. Check-in counter at Level 15 . Check the lift , some stop at odd floor. A lot Malaysian is staying at this hotel also. This building is commercial and the lift are share by the mall and some business premises , so peak hours the lift will be a bit slow, for me is acceptable as long as you know the timing. To contact the reception , u need use wechat and very responsive. Will share the QR . Convenient Store Meiyijia and 7-eleven. Very important to get wechat and alipay , register with full details and bind your creditcard. All using electronic payment. Overall the room is good , clean and convenient . Dont expect for 5star hotel with that amount money you pay. Happy travel and happy stay to all.
