The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive! When they found out we were a family of three, they thoughtfully upgraded us two room categories to a deluxe twin room. They also carefully asked if we had any other special requests, leaving us extremely satisfied! The hotel's location, decor, and spaciousness were all impeccable, feeling much more modern and convenient than the older Sheraton we had stayed at the previous night.

This hotel, although small, offers five-star service: sparkling clean rooms, good food, great service from the staff members (some speak English, Winnie for example, friendly and supportive), and it's easy to locate. It has a small playground for kids in the restaurant. They don’t offer in-room dining but you can order takeout online and once it’s delivered to the hotel reception, a robot will bring it to your door. Pay attention when your room phone starts ringing, it’s outside your door.😅 It's also located less than 10 minutes from Liatang Metro station, making commuting easy. Just remember that the hotel is at least 24km away from most sightseeing spots, and/or wholesale markers. My overall experience is a 5-Star.

I came to Guangzhou from Beijing for a business trip. The weather in Guangzhou these past few days has been quite gloomy, but the highlight of this trip has definitely been choosing the right hotel. Usually, I do some research and preparation before booking a hotel. However, this time I received a last-minute notice for a conference in Guangzhou, so I booked this Hilton Garden Inn in a rush without much thought. This was my first time staying at a Hilton Garden Inn, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I can see myself choosing this brand for all my future business trips. 1. First, the room amenities were excellent and very comprehensive. I often feel groggy when I wake up in the morning and crave an Americano. To my surprise, the room had a lovely little mini-bar area with a small coffee machine, which I absolutely loved! I could brew fresh coffee right in my room. 2. Second, when I arrived at the hotel entrance, it was pouring rain. While I was wondering how I'd get out of the car, a hotel staff member immediately came over with an umbrella to help me. Wow, I really have to commend this service! What touched me most was that I barely got wet, but the staff member's back was completely drenched. I'm truly grateful for everyone's help during this stay. Thanks again!

The hotel is just perfect! Everything is clean and smells really good! The stuff if kind, helpful and some of them speak English which helps a lot if you are w foreigner. Breakfast is really great: full of choices both Chinese and Western food! My favourite thing about this hotel is that it allows the pets to live with you so you can feel home! The hotel offers some pets goods included in the “pet fee”. The policy for pets is very reasonable- show the certificates that pets were vaccinated against rabies. As a cats owner I really appreciate it, we want to travel to the safe place where other pets can’t spread any diseases. The stuff is very considerate when it comes to cleaning pet owners rooms. I also really enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool! Really recommend this place!
