酒店緊靠嘉陵江畔，離高鐵站打車僅十分鐘路程，交通十分方便；房間寬敞明亮，乾淨舒適，服務周到，送有當季的新鮮水果和茶點；尤其要感謝的是，前台服務員考慮到我們高鐵的出發時間較晚，還特意為我們申請延長了兩個小時。這次入住廣元天成大酒店的體驗太好了，今後有機會還會入住。

糟糕的五星級酒店體驗：江景與噪音齊在，服務共糟心一色此次入住的酒店位於嘉陵江邊，硬件設施看似達到五星級標準，江景視野本是加分項，卻被正對面高鐵站的噪音打破——夜深人靜時，高鐵駛過的聲響清晰可聞，成了影響休息的第一道障礙。若説外部噪音尚可勉強忍受，酒店的服務則徹底讓這次住宿淪為災難。我們於當晚10點多至11點間發現房間斷電，聯繫前台後，客房服務人員與工程人員到場查看，告知需更換主板，維修至少等待一小時。更令人不適的是，此時已近深夜11點，客房服務員竟要求敞開房門溝通，全然不顧我們的私隱與感受；之後她打開對面空房聯繫值班經理時，又讓穿着睡衣的我站在走廊裏等待處理。深夜的走廊空曠冷清，身着睡衣敞着房門、站在公共區域的模樣，讓我倍感尷尬與不適，這份狼狽本是完全可以避免的。直至大堂經理到場，給出的方案卻依舊毫無誠意：要麼更換至不同樓層的房間，可此時孩子已熟睡，我們洗漱完畢、行李也已鋪開，換房顯然不現實；要麼繼續等待一小時以上維修。無奈之下，家人決定先將就入睡，次日能有一間通電的房間供洗漱。豈料凌晨1點左右，房間突然來電，燈光驟亮，本就淺眠的我們被徹底驚醒。這一夜，在斷電等待的焦灼、私隱被忽視的尷尬、突然來電的驚擾中反覆折騰，幾乎未曾安睡。作為標榜五星級的酒店，在客房設施突發故障時毫無應急預案，服務響應遲緩、處理方案脱離實際，甚至漠視客人私隱與感受，完全辜負了“五星級”的定位，給我們的出行留下了極其糟糕的體驗

酒店就在嘉陵江邊上，有地上地下兩個免費停車場，還有充電樁可充電。晚上酒店有自助餐，住店客人可以優惠，菜品豐富，以海鮮居多。早餐也不錯，各式都有，各取所需。一棟大樓都是酒店的，雖然“年齡”有點老，但是“心臟”很年輕。房間又大又乾淨，住在江景房，還能看見嘉陵江美景。房間還有免費配給了下午茶。蛋糕，可樂，水果，挺暖心。

裝修比較早了，在當時應該算很豪華的了。 BUT 早餐餐廳小童遊樂區發現一衹🪳蟑螂 😓 酒店位置挺好，下樓就可以江邊散步，樓下還有一個遊樂場四樓的斯諾克要錢，孩子不到1.3早餐也要錢，走了那麼多家酒店，就這家要孩子早餐費。有點敗好感了。退房也是，問了三遍，兩個人愣是不説話，一個在打電話也就算了，另一個愣是沒説話，很難評。
