這次入住超滿意！大堂裝修精緻有格調。房間設施齊全，採光好，衞生間也乾淨。服務更是沒得説，前台熱情，客房打掃及時，有求必應，體驗感拉滿，下次還來！

設施：設施比較齊全，書桌還了一個文具盒，小朋友剛好用上裏面的鉛筆
服務：前台Jenny服務周到，看到有小朋友，也主動贈送早餐，提前聯繫客房送拖鞋牙具，細節滿分，客房阿姨和藹可親，樓道上碰到也主動打招呼，總之很滿意。

房間可以直接看到房間可以直接看到嘉陵江，面積也挺大的，衞生收拾的還算乾淨。早餐比較豐盛，還有當地特色小吃涼麪米粉這些，服務人員都比較熱情，總的來説值得推薦！

酒店大廳很氣派，小花園佈置的挺有感覺的，鳥語花香的情調。工作人員都挺熱情，見面都有問好。還有水果和小飲料贈送，房間裏還配了些小零食。

酒店大堂十分大氣，雖然是老酒店，但看得出一直維護的還不錯，前台服務也特別熱情，附近的夜景很漂亮，27樓的日本料理也挺不錯的，很喜歡，以後來廣元都會選擇這家酒店

看到網上的圖片夜景不錯選了這個酒店，酒店前台Sheila不僅主動安排了高樓層臨江房間，看到我們帶的有小孩子還主動讓客房服務員送小童牙刷及拖鞋，入住體驗很好。

設施有點老舊，還是比較齊全，衞生相對比較乾淨，酒店整體環境不錯，就是大廳休息區太小了。大堂wenny服務很好，微笑有禮貌，退房還有歡送語，下次還會再來。
