可以説很驚喜！環境很不錯，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒適，玩的也很開心。總而言之性價比非常高，適合家庭親子自駕遊。

自駕比較方便，鄉道不是很好走。服務員很熱情，遊玩項目也比較多，春節有很多慶祝活動。我們訂的是玲瓏屋，住宿環境乾淨衞生，設施齊全，全屋智能語音控制，不足的是:一樓客廳沒有空調，本想看一會兒電視，太冷了待不了多久，卧室有立式空調但衹有卧室暖，暖不到樓下客廳，半夜又幹又熱，衹好把空調關了。建議把空調裝在客廳，卧室裝台匹數小點的空調就行。餐廳的菜味道不錯，價格合理，分量挺大，適合三四個人吃，兩個人吃不完，有點浪費。

硬件設施很好，也很乾凈，服務員和景區人員都很熱情，五星級入住體驗。但是前台的女領導挺兇的，問點事情就跟批評下屬一樣的態度，不耐煩加很強勢，讓人感覺很不爽。我就問個早餐去哪裡吃，員工説我等她領導來，等半天，她的女領導居高臨下的很不耐煩的一開口就是退房嗎？我説吃早餐，她就説你定的房型有早餐嗎，我説沒有，我付款吃就行了，你幹嘛那副態度？然後昨晚晚餐我們不知道他們19點下班，然後她18:43才提醒，而我錯過了電話19點打回去，她們説下班了，後來衹能開車半小時去縣城吃，早上跟那個女領導提了一嘴，她就巴拉巴拉的氣勢洶洶，不會好好説話嗎，弄的我一上午遊玩的心情都不好。感覺整個景區是想做的更專業也在提高服務意識。但是前台這個女領導就很橫，我看到有很多差評原來是來自她的服務，但是還是會給好評，衝著硬件和基層工作人員給的。

房間非常喜歡，小複式，設計得十分宜人。
工作人員也好熱情，打掃乾淨，廁所的用品都十分貼心，有送面膜也有女性不方便時的巾巾。
餐食也做得好好，價錢也不貴，值得推薦！

房間性價比很高，適合家庭出遊，手工皂和體驗面膜是加分項，但也有急需改進的地方，服務意識欠缺，幾個小姐姐缺乏微笑與熱情。衞生堪憂：我們住了一天，發現並打死了3隻蟑螂，讓人很不舒服，向總枱反映沒有任何自我反思，也沒有一句道歉之語，衹説是天氣原因。

服務的理念很強，，設施也很齊全，用心了。希望能從住宿者的角度考慮一下，比如房間的通風透氣問題，在自然環境中自然空氣清新很重要，但又不能讓蚊蟲進入房間，這就需要改進。
