The hotel is value for money, as it’s very clean, excellent location. The hotel staffs are very very nice especially the housekeeping staffs.

Everything is so good, the food in breakfast and the cleaning service is very well done, the only thing is the time to breakfast, one hour more will be better many people don’t claim breakfast because of it

Digging up treasure❗️It's not a treasure hotel, it's a "treasure" hotel😡 Family members, I've lived in a hotel for so long, and this is the first time I've encountered such an outrageous thing. I must expose this Ibis hotel and avoid it! 🙅♀️! After checking in, I wanted to take a comfortable bath in the bathtub🛀, but the water leaked all over. The quality is really bad. I quickly contacted the front desk and changed the room. But as soon as I entered the new room, the pungent smell hit me😷. I felt like I could send people away on the spot, so I decisively refused to change rooms. That's not all. The security uncle's operation shocked me even more😲! He actually took the mop that was so dirty after mopping the bathroom floor and washed it directly in the sink🚿! After washing, he just patted his butt and left, without cleaning and disinfecting, and even picked up the floor drain and put it on the sink. This hygiene awareness is simply negative! I complained to the hotel immediately, thinking that the problem would be solved, but the same thing happened again the next day. I even wondered if I was acting out a "hotel horror" 😫! Finally, after my repeated requests, the hotel's solution was just an apology, and they were only willing to compensate 50% of the room rate for one night 💰. How can they treat beggars like this? What do they think of the customer experience? I wanted to relax when I stayed in the hotel, but it turned out to be a mess. The service and hygiene management of this hotel are simply rotten to the core. Great hotel for a family of 4, large rooms and beds, convenient location

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a shopping mall downstairs, which is convenient for eating. The environment and sanitation are OK, and the front desk check-in is also very fast. Next time I go to Gu'an, I will choose this place first.

The hotel check-in was very quick, the front desk ladies welcomed us warmly, it was very convenient to stay here with friends when visiting the safari park, the price was affordable, there was a shopping mall downstairs, it was very convenient to have a meal and buy some fruits, etc., it was recommended

Great hotel! 20 minutes by taxi to the airport, KFC nearby and many hustle and bustle centers with local brands & food. As foreigners, we were registered and settled without any problems + they responded and helped with any questions. Next time we plan to stay at this hotel again.
