Las sábanas en mal estado manchadas y rajadas las fundas literalmente. Toallas manchadas. Techos manchados con humedad. Es un lindo hotel con falta de mantenimiento. Desayuno variado de mediana calidad. Dista de ser un 4 estrellas.

La ubicación es ideal, la limpieza y el mantenimiento son excelentes, el servicio de los empleados es muy cálido, y la calidad- precio son adecuados respecto a los servicios que brinda. Disfruté mucho mi estadía allí.

Un desastre. Muy mala atención en la recepción, sucio por dónde lo mires!! El desayuno imposible de consumir. Las tortas y medialunas nadie las come porque no son un espanto , por lo tanto dejan las mismas tortas y medialunas todos los días. Recomiendo NO comer , un peligro !! Asco total por dónde lo miren. Cocheras te dicen que hay , pero nunca hay lugar. El peor hotel de Gualeguaychú.

Ediliciamente bueno personal atento .lo malo las sabanas y toallas para tirar una vergüenza .negras desgastadas .debimos pedir las cambiaran .otro problema super ruidoso a la noche. Gente en la vereda chicos que pasan . Limpieza mala pelos en el baño . No volveré

Fuimos con mi familia a pasar un día/una noche en el hotel con la finalidad de irnos al otro día hiper temprano hacia Uruguay. Cuando llegamos al Aguay, a las 9.45, solicitamos cambiar el desayuno que nos correspondía al día siguiente por el día en curso ya que nos íbamos a ir a las 5am. Sin embargo, de forma antipática la persona de recepción no lo autorizó. Arrancamos con mala predisposición de vuestra parte. La habitación cuádruple deja muchísimo que desear. No entiendo por qué califican a este hotel como de 4 estrellas....Lo único realmente bello que tiene es la pileta de la terraza. Deben aggiornarse y modernizar sus instalaciones.

Hotel que se quedó en el tiempo... alfombras sucias, no hay presión de agua, muebles antiguos... y como si fuera poco 29° y la pileta en refacciones Otro tema el desayuno: un desastre, todo de paquete, galletitas crakers, palmeritas, todo paquetito de a dos, un biscochuelo de vainilla y pan lactal blanco... y manteca y mermeladas individuales (o sea nada casero ni light), jugo de sobre y unas medialunas para el olvido. Te ofrecen cochera pero cuando llegas no hay lugar, ya que evidentemente son muy pocas, entonces lo tenes que dejar en la calle No volvería ni lo recomiendo Lo único destacable es la atención de los chicos de recepción

Es un hotel antiguo con ventajas y desventajas. Entre las ventajas podríamos mencionar la amplitud del baño, del placard y el balcón de la habitación que daba a la costanera. Lo que menos nos gustó fue la cama y la ropa de cama. La habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado, caja de seguridad y frigobar, el cual estaba vacío, pero en la recepción se podía adquirir bebidas o solicitar servicio a la habitación. En el tercer piso está el salón comedor donde se sirve el desayuno, el spa y la pileta. El hotel también cuenta con estacionamiento propio sujeto a disponibilidad, Excelente ubicación y muy buena atención del personal.

Está un poco decaído en su mantenimiento, pero sigue siendo por ubicación y atención lo mejor de Gualeguaychú. Mejorar la comodidad de su estacionamiento y un esfuerzo de mantenimiento le devolverían el esplendor de antes.
