Nos robaron los datos de la tarjeta que habíamos dejado como garantía de reserva. Días después de regresar vimos que alguien compró de manera fraudulenta entradas para recitales, robando casi la mitad del sueldo xq fue apenas empezó el mes siguiente. El banco no lo cubre por ser de débito. Dejo constancia que es la única transacción para la se usó esta tarjeta dado que no aceptaron Mercado Pago (nunca se usa esta tarjeta para nada por lo que sí estamos seguros que tomaron los datos de ahi) y que al informar este problema al hotel se lavaron las manos. No nos quisieron decir quién tiene acceso a los datos de las tarjetas de los pasajeros ni investigaron nada, probablemente sean cómplices. Ya avisamos al MUI y a Defensa del Consumidor de Gualeguaychú, pero es importante que los turistas elijan un destino que no destruya la vida de los pasajeros convirtiéndola en una pesadilla. Hay destinos más seguros.

Hotel is very comfortable and clean. There is no breakfast or hotel parking, and the wifi does not work properly in most floors and rooms. Other than that, the staff is very friendly and nice.

Desastre! No se puede creer el pésimo servicio que tienen y la mala atención al cliente. Sin tv, sin estacionamiento, sin desayuno, y el wifi no funciona. Encima te miran con caras cuando les vas a reclamar. No se alojen, pésimo el servicio. Mala atención todo malo!!!! No me volvería a alojar
