acquiesto vicino alla cassa un raffaello 40 gr 4 pezzi I 50 centesimi , mi addebitano euro 2,00. pagamento effettuato con carta di credito alla mia telefonata, l'operatrice Chiara mi risponde: chiediamo scusa per l'errore, può venire in struttura per ricevere il rimborso , anche se ha pagato con carta non possiamo bonificare. questa è la procedura. assurdo Siamo al terzo millennio e ancora pretendiamo che le persone ritornino per ricevere un rimborso dopo aver pagato con carta di credito .

We were there last year and they had just opened. The impression was very good especially for the aesthetic aspect of the village. This year we returned with the children and ... disaster! The rooms they gave us were very noisy, we had to ask for towels and worse than the worst, hair everywhere! In the pool there were many deckchairs and water with many leaves and various insects. Breakfast ... terrible! The classic products in bags from hard discount heated in the microwave and undrinkable coffee. My husband and I spent a weekend in this splendid, perfectly preserved medieval castle/village. The castle stands at about 400 meters above sea level and can be reached comfortably. As soon as you arrive, you are struck by the architectural aspect and the attention to detail of the small village within the walls, the breathtaking view, the silence and the clean air (as well as fresh, which in these days of extreme heat is a real godsend!). The apartments are harmoniously distributed throughout the village and the rooms, very comfortable, each with an independent entrance, are equipped with a kitchen for total autonomy (so I recommend arriving with shopping done because, I assure you, once you arrive you will not want to move 🤗) The place is very suitable for both couples and families and to complete it there is a beautiful swimming pool equipped with very comfortable loungers to relax after a nice swim. The manager, very capable and helpful, showed us a structure under construction near the walls, where a restaurant is being built where, whoever wants, can take advantage of both lunches and dinners and/or aperitifs. I highly recommend a holiday in this wonderful place if you want to escape the chaos of the city and recharge your batteries among the nature and history of beautiful Umbria.
