"Stayed as part of a cycling tour trip. Lovely building with nice staff. My room was very traditional with dark wooden walls - and sadly, insufficient lighting. This made it really hard to find anything in your suitcase (only stayed one night so didn't unpack), even with every available light on and window shutters open. Minor niggle ...."

"Two things can be highly recommended here: the full blast of AC, which, unlike in other provincial Spanish towns, is completely in the guest’s control, and the cleanliness of the rooms, with a very efficient cleaning staff. The front desk is very helpful, the WiFi is decent and there’s a laundromat right next door, for long time travelers. The main problem is its distance from the center of town…a good twenty minute walk which can be very unpleasant in the summer time, and it’s even farther to the bus and train stations. Also, the attached restaurant is not very good, so getting a meal involves a long walk."

"A hotel where we will definitely stay again. The reception was super nice and the room was very comfortable. It had been a while since I found a hotel with mattresses that were suitable for sleeping and here I was able to rest perfectly as it was obvious that there was quality. Despite being a two-star hotel, we really liked the treatment we received and the stay, so we will stay again on our next visit to Guadix."

"The location is great. The facility has an excellent ambience. The vibe is better than a typical hotel. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom. The owner is very pleasant and works hard providing an excellent experience. I will return if I’m in the area again."
