Days Inn in Grove was excellent! The room was VERY clean, and comfortable. The mattress and linens were really nice. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Grove!

My room was clean when I checked in. They didn’t clean after I checked in or made the bed. I understand saving water but I don’t understand not coming in to empty the trash, make bed, or replenish coffee. They did come when called to put in a light bulb and help me operate the air conditioner. They were nice people. The continental breakfast was the worst I have ever seen, and it was not as advertised very minimalistic. The price would’ve been excellent if all of the services had been done.

Staff not very nice. No one at desk when we left. Would not give my wife extra towels. Could not answer question about local area. Breakfast was terrible.

Reservations were for a non smoking room 2 queen bed room and got a smoking room. The sheets were yellow with cigarette burns all over. Staff was not helpful with this at all. Pool had no water with no warning of this being closed during booking.

On 5/16 Reservation Support emailed me to confirm my cancellation for a 5/24 stay. On 5/19 only half my fee was refunded. Why? The business owner says I no call/no showed. How did I get a partial refund 5 days prior if I did not cancel? I can prove your statements to be false and have taken steps with my bank.

Easy check in, good price and plenty of parking. No disappointments and nice beds. Good location to the lake and not far from the downtown area. It is located in a quieter area so there won’t be a lot of noise. Just know if you go on a weekend that the bass fishing tournaments use this hotel because it is close to the ramp and has electric hookups for charging batteries.

We appreciated that we were assisted with our luggage to our room on the second floor. Room was clean, beds very comfortable.
