The Landings Resort and Spa - All Suites

The landings was a perfect family holiday. We are a family of 5 (3 young boys) and the setup at landings is ideal. We stayed in the 3 bed apartment and it was perfect for a family holiday. 3 huge bedrooms, living/dining room, full kitchen and a mini office area. The beach is a fairytale, warm, calm water and not very busy even though the hotel was at full occupancy. The three pools are great and the food offerings for kids are perfect. The Asian infusion restaurant is Devine and the two beach bar restaurants are perfect for a light lunch, toes in the sand style. The watersports guys are brilliant and taught the boys kneeboarding behind the boat. We will definitely return next year and a big shout out to Keydanny, Miguel and Nicholas behind the bar for being the best Barman. Nothing is too much trouble for them, from entertaining the kids to making them their favourite cocktails (non alcoholic). Thanks guys.

WOW!! This place was absolutely amazing!!!upon arrival we were treated with such a warm welcome and ALL the staff were exceptional!! A HUGE thankyou to Amit F &B Manager/Joshelle for making our trip truly special with my wife birthday and silver wedding anniversary/Subash the resorts Manager/Kerim for the water sports are who really made sure we were safe and happy with everything I cannot wait to see all the wonderful smiles again!!!

One day from a cruise ship wasn’t long enough in St Lucia, so we returned for an entire week this year. Needless to say, a week wasn’t long enough either. We wanted to splurge a little since one daughter is about to go off to college . This might be our last Spring Break together as a family. The Two Bedroom Beachfront Butler Suite hit the mark completely! I will admit that it took a couple of days to wrap my brain around the fact that we had a butler. In fact, we had THREE, all there to pamper and spoil us. It took some getting used to. After all, at home I AM the butler. But by day two, I started to get the hang of it. Want four lounge chairs set up for your family on the beach? No problem. Gregg is all over it. Just give him a call on the butler phone and consider it done. Hungry or thirsty on the beach or at the pool? No worries at all! Just give Ophelia a call on the butler phone. She will bring pizza, pasta, burgers and refreshing drinks…anything on the room service or bar menus. Luggage? What luggage? Thanks to Kaylan (Superstar #1) we never had to lift a thing except to pack and unpack our belongings. All three of our butlers did an OUTSTANDING job. Always eager to please, with a positive attitude and a big smile on their beautiful faces. We ate at Suru on night. So delicious! Make your reservations as soon as you can. The first few nights were completely booked! Room service food was great, especially the pizzas, the Chicken and Chorizo Penne (you can also substitute shrimp), and the hamburger. Buffet style breakfast was average. I recommend the freshly prepared omelettes. The assortment of fresh juices and fruit waters were very nice and refreshing. The Sunset Party cruise was a blast! There was dancing, beautiful sunset views, and plenty of rum punch. I highly recommend it. Generally speaking, I think my daughter summed this resort up the best when she said, “Mama, this is the bougiest place we’ve ever stayed!”. I totally agree!

We are very pleased with the Landings. This property is truly for those who are looking to unplug. Accommodations We typically travel with our 3 kids and in most places have to rent two rooms. This place provides for large accommodations that allow for all of us to stay together. We rented a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath suite with two large patios and full kitchen. Assume that whole property is a mix of hotel + owned units that are sometimes rented. Either way - the accommodations are really great and for big families it affords ability to stay together and also flexibility of having all the pluses of a hotel (daily cleaning, room / butler service, etc) as well as private residence (full kitchen). Beach Beach is absolutely stunning. Never any issues with finding shaded lounge. The nature is absolutely fantastic. The lagoon is so calm that it begs one to go in. See pictures, but I struggle to come up with a better beach. Food / Service I have seen reviews here that talk about personal items stolen etc. Our own experience couldn’t be further from that. One of our children lost on the beach his gold chain (please don’t judge our parental choices). Anyways - I assumed that given its relative value it is gone. I was so surprised when it turned up in lost and found!!! Thank you to hotel manager, Subash, for alerting us to it. The staff is friendly and looking to help. There are a number of interesting restaurants on the island (see my other reviews) that allow for culinary experience outside of the hotel. One note - taxi service as well as other prices are not cheap. Overall My biggest rating is whether I would return to the property and if you see my other reviews, I am a hard grader. This is one property that I would definitely visit again.

I cannot say enough about our experience at the Landings! My family and I spent a week here for our vacation. Every meal we ate was delicious and fresh, the service was out of this world, and the grounds are some of the most beautiful landscapes on the island. A special shout out to Terry, Craig, Miguel, Sunny, and Trissa for the lovely hospitality and great chats. They have something special going at the Landings. 10/10 recommend!

Be VERY diligent to check your credit card bills after your stay. When we reviewed our final bill we noticed we were charged for an excursion we didn't do. Their reaction was pretty casual and there was no apology. However, they corrected the bill right away and I paid it with my creditcard. Then, after we already came back home, we noticed that my husband's creditcard was randomly charged for over $1800. We have no idea where that amount came from as it didn't resemble the room charge or the food/excursions bill. It was very strange and we think they tried to scam us. It was very difficult to contact them: they initially gave me an email address that wasn't valid. We finally received the right contact information and they let us know that they will refund it within 5-7 business days. We have yet to confirm this. They apologized but didn't give an explanation why they charged us. Please be careful.
