Self check-in/check-out hotel with interesting design right in the center of old city. We had large room in 2 levels with own kitchen. As a nice bonus we had free electric car charger at hotel's parking lot. I can definitely recommend hotel as a great alternative to apartment rent.

Очень хороший небольшой современный отель в самом центре города. Мечта интроверта :-) Все оформляется онлайн, получаете код на смартфон, по нему входите в отель и в свой номер, выселяетесь тоже по QR-коду. Стандартный базовый набор в номере присутствует (тапочки, гели, шампуни, чайник, чай и кофе). Вокруг много достопримечательностей, пешеходная улица, кафе и рестораны.

К поездке готовились заранее, поэтому отель выбирали с расстановкой. 1. Расположение -самый центр Гродно, все рядом. От жд или автовокзала не далеко - около 1 км можно доехать или дойти. 2. Хорошие номера. Рассмотрели фото, почитали отзывы- нас все устроило. После 2 ночей пребывания хотелось бы добавить. Положите еще 2 подушки на номер - в идеале 1 подушка - 50*70 + 70*70. Блеск! Отсутствие шкафа - не проблема в теплый период, а вот зимой... Можно какую-нибудь инсталляцию с вешалками... 3. Обслуживание - сам процесс бесконтактного заселения- на 5 +. Уже был подобный опыт в Екатеринбурге - в Гродно гораздо удобнее. Но вопрос по уборке и смене полотенец. Мы останавливались в отеле на 2 ночи, мы не хрюшки, но полотенце для ног после душа осталось лежать на полу, и по законам жанра его следовало сменить, а постели перестелить. Вот этого не было, хотя и ожидалось. 4. Завтраки нашлись у соседей- У Груши не только номера, но и прекрасные завтраки по меню. Рекомендую - наискосок через улицу.

Отель в центре, но тем не менее тихо. Пешком минут 20 от вокзала. Вокруг куча кафе и ресторанов. Номер достаточно большой, очень стильно оформленный. Кровати удобные, средней мягкости. Подушки невысокие, удобные. Есть чай,кофе 3 в1, чайник. Приятный гель для душа. Есть одноразовые тапочки. Если номер на 1 этаже, прямо под окнами проходят люди. Окна матовые наполовину, есть и занавески. Из минусов: нет ни одного шкафа или тумбочки (дизайн в ущерб практичности:). Несколько плечиков для одежды висят на крючках прямо на стене.

Прекрасный отель в центре старого Гродно. Это был мой первый опыт проживания в бесконтактном отеле. Все очень хорошо организовано. После бронирования приходит ссылка для оплаты, потом приходит письмо с цифровым доступом к номеру. Администратор(владелец отеля) все время поддерживает связь: напоминание о бронировании, затем напоминание о выселении и ссылка на регистрацию выселения. Бесконтактный способ - отличный вариант экономии на сотрудниках. Единственный момент не поняла, как быть с вещами, если выселяешься, а поезд только вечером. Есть ли у них возможность хранения багажа- не знаю. Сам отель очень читсый, комфортный. В номере есть все: кондиционер, чайник, посуда. Вода пропускается через систему очистки и ее можно пить из- под крана. Все сделано с заботой о гостях. И это чувствуется во всем: удобная новая мебель, постель, wifi на хорошей скорости, большой телевизор(кто любит). По мне - идеальный отель на отдыхе. Расположение отличное, в старом городе, рядом центральная площадь. Замки в 10 минутах ходьбы.

У нас был номер на втором этаже с миникухней. Все отлично. Сотрудники на связи в процессе оформления и в период проживания. Все продумано до мелочей. Нам понравилось. ☺️ Важно было чтобы 2 отдельных одеяла, тк в большинстве отелей почему то если 1 кровать то и одеяло одно. Здесь 2 👍
