Great stay in quaint, walkable Grimsby downtown core! Maria is the best host. Not only is she helpful and responsive but she looks out for guests' safety and takes complete responsibility for any inquiries & issues we may've had. She's also very receptive to your feedback.
Apartment is as shown & described. Had all the amenities we needed for an enjoyable stay. It's air conditioned with window AC (one unit in the dining area and another in the bedroom), so if you're okay with that, you're good.
Great in every way. Highly recommended.

An over night
Perfect little spot for us as we had a wedding to attend to - in and out for an overnight.
It’s a bit outdated, dishwasher while not used was missing the entire face of the appliance, plastic curtain and no light in the shower, hand written notes taped to washer & door about use.
$130/night but total was $220. (+$40 for cleaning (!!) +service fee, + tax) it’s a lot for this.
Good location, great coffee place around the corner (called 416 Coffee Co. was DEE LISH) and Maria was great and responded quickly.

I really liked it here I loved hanging out in the roof and the shower head is awesome too
