Grimaud holiday.
Loved our first stay in Cote D’Zur and the facilities were very clean. Only a couple of things that improve any future stay.
1 air con. We only had a fan in our apartment and it wasn’t enough to be honest. If we had any little ones it would have been a lot worse for them.
2 there is no lounge or bar to sit at in the evening. Not that I am a big drinker but it would be good to mingle outside of your apartment.
3 there is a local grocery store outside the resort but we only happened on it by chance. A little heads up about it and directions would be beneficial.
Overall a great holiday and I intend to return next year.

Property itself is outstanding and so is the location. One issue is that the pool staff are overly protective of the rules meaning they come up to families all around the pool and it can be conceived as rude

Résidence bien située, avec une balle vue sur le golfe de Saint Tropez et un accès piéton à la plage. Pour le reste, notre appartement (Les dattiers 4115) était hors d'âge ! Je n'ai jamais vu appartement aussi vétuste et aussi minuscule au vu du tarif pratiqué (1700 euros la semaine !!!!) on est en droit d'attendre un logement décent. Peinture écaillée, radiateur rouillé, rideau de douche moisi, clim HS, décoration dans son jus des années 80 .....! La chambre sous les toits fait maximum 1m20 de hauteur et l'éscalier pour y accéder est plutôt une échelle ! La "chambre" des enfants est plus petite qu'un placard (voir photo). Très déçu de Maeva qui me semblait être plus sérieux que cela.

Problème de rats et cette année la piscine est surveillé comme ça l’ai arranges les autres années il y avait une personne qui est certainement parti à la retraite et ça c’est vu

L'eau de la piscine est trouble, même le matin, on peut s'interroger sur la propreté. Parc et matériel vieillissant. Un rafraîchissement peinture, jardin, extérieurs serait nécessaire

Мечтаете почувствовать себя багетом в духовке при 200 градусах? Тогда срочно бронируйте Les Parcs de Grimaud! Это не просто отель — это эксперимент по выживанию. Номера без кондиционера, зато с одним вентилятором, который методично гоняет горячий воздух из угла в угол, как будто издевается. На улице +35 днём, +25 ночью, но зачем вам комфорт? Вы же приехали страдать, правда? Сами апартаменты нормальные, особенно если вы там не живёте, а просто падаете без сознания после жаркого дня. Парковка есть, до интересных мест недалеко — добраться легко, если вы не расплавились к этому моменту. В прошлом году можно было взять портативный кондиционер — в этом году всё, хватит баловать гостей, теперь только хардкор. Уехали уставшие, невыспавшиеся и слегка обугленные. Франция прекрасна, но в этот отель — только если вы хотите протестировать пределы своей термостойкости. Оценка: 2 из 5 (1 балл за парковку, 1 — за близость к Лазурному берегу) Комфорт: минус бесконечность

Belle résidence avec appartement de qualité bien équipé avec la climatisation et le wifi. Parking fermé gratuit . Nous avions loué l’appartement d’un propriétaire et tout était parfait . L’accès à la plage se fait par un petit portail, une allée et ensuite il faut traverser le camping des prairies et tout ça en 10 min à pied et en toute sécurité. Nous y retournons régulièrement. La piscine est effectivement surveillée afin que tout le monde puisse en profiter à sa manière. Pour plus d’animations pour les enfants il faut privilégier le camping .
