Unsere Italien-Reise war bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt schon wirklich besonders und voller positiver Überraschungen. Als wir im Pietra del Cabreo ankamen, wurden wir erneut überrascht. Das gesamte Team mit Matti, Farida, Michele, Leonardo und Matteo hat uns für sieben Tage umsorgt, verwöhnt und uns rund um die Uhr diese besondere italienische Art von Gastfreundschaft genießen lassen, die einem das Gefühl gibt, wirklich zu Hause zu sein. Das Haus ist umgeben von einer einzigartigen Natur, mit unglaublichen Ausblicken in die typische, toskanische Landschaft. Umgeben von den Reben des großartigen Chardonnays Pietra del Cabreo genießt man eine Auszeit der wirklich besonderen Art. Tiziano, danke das du uns auf der ProWine in Düsseldorf diese tollen Weine verköstigt hast - so überzeugend, das wir das alles live erleben wollten! We were two couples there for 8 nights . It was a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and well kept after . The service was attentive and helpful. We had dinner and we are vegetarian. They gave us a wide variety of options and whatever we had ordered was just terrific. A memorable stay at Chianti .

Excellent restaurant with a fine local menu. We stayed nearby at their sister property, and were very glad we chose to dine here. Fresh flavors combined with their local wine and excellent service made for a great experience.

Our weekend at this Tuscan estate was a delight. The deluxe room that we were upgrade to, was spacious and classically beautiful, offering lovely views of the surrounding green landscape. The pool was a particular highlight – long and inviting, with breathtaking views that I had the pleasure of enjoying all to myself on a blissfully quiet mornings due to an early spring weather. The culinary experience was also fantastic, with delicious breakfasts and a truly memorable dinner – particularly the artichoke dish. The staff went above and beyond, even preparing a delicious vegan meal for me upon request. Beyond the estate, the charming villages nearby were a joy to explore under the Tuscan sun. A truly perfect weekend!

Pietra del Cabreo is stunning in location and appearance, but our stay was disappointing. The service was unfriendly and impersonal – staff ignored basic requests, including coffee on departure day, even before a nearly ten-hour drive. A promised apology wine was never delivered. Breakfast quality was poor: cold eggs, no fresh or homemade pastries, and minimal selection. Our ground-floor room offered no privacy, and the bathroom was inconvenient. Shade at the pool is almost nonexistent, leaving guests exposed to strong sun. Overall, the hotel feels more about appearances than genuine comfort or guest care. For the price, the experience does not meet expectations.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Extremely serene and quiet. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. It’s pretty remote so you have to go to the small town a few miles down the hill for additional dining. If you don’t have a car then good luck ha ha. Oh, and bring bug spray.

We had the pleasure of dining inside the restaurant at La Pietra del Cabreo, and the experience was truly excellent. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented and full of flavour. The location is stunning, elegant, ideal for a special evening! A special mention goes to the staff, who were exceptionally kind.
